I had a great time staying here. Not my first time and won’t be my last :)
Pros:

I love the privacy and location, also can’t go wrong with relaxing in the spa!

Cons:

There’s no microwave which is a bit inconvenient as I can’t heat anything up (food)

Communication was easy and clear with the friendly helpful staff. Our room was basic but thats all we needed. Bed shower
Pros:

Last minute booking and the All Blacks were playing, our usual place rates were crazy, we consider finding this place perfect for what we needed and reasonably priced.

Cons:

Location, everything was a short walk. I even stumbled across a Nail Salon which I desperately needed and they were lovely and accommodating too. Luna Beauty on Taranaki.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable room and the staff were friendly and helpful. Off street parking in the cbd was very helpful.

Cons:

Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that people are doing in the room next door. Repeat everything!

Good price-rerformance-ratio for Wellington
Pros:

Super nice and helpful staff. Rooms are nice and cozy. Fridge and water boiler available.

Cons:

Private bathroom was not directly attached to my room (not en-suite). The Information could have been provided more transparently upfront.

Nevertheless the price-rerformance-ratio for the standard room was very good in regards to the location of the hotel (just a 5-10min walk to the City and waterfront.)

Gr8 Comfortable, Good Vibe Stay.
Pros:

I liked how responsive staff are when checking in, being very attentive, willing to go beyond if/when I wuld have any issues. Very approachable, loved the chat.
The room was clean, tidy, with all the basic bells and whistles ie hot drink option with a small fridge which had milk available, TV, towels available and balcony access etc.
This was a shared bathroom option, which was very clean and tidy.
Overall wuld definitely recommend, a gr8 and comfortable stay🥰

Cons:

Being very picky, due to being advanced/mature in age, lol, the bed was a bit lower than usual.

I informed owner that this hotel not suitable for me
Pros:

The staff shared about holiday in New Zealand in future when I checked out. Thank you owner 🎉.

Cons:

No lift and spiral go up 2 floors up. The toilet although not used by 2 other units , no privacy from room to toilet and back forth . Parking at your own risk as wasn’t provided .
