Pros:

Breakfast was adequate but I have had much better in other Slovakian hotels with fewer stars. The room was good and had a good view of the lake.

Cons:

I spent 13 nights at this hotel and my room was not cleaned once nor were my towels or bedding changed. The bar was only open sporadically and often closed before 9pm at night. Advertised as a "spa" hotel there were no spa facilities. There were few staff who had any understanding of English.

Pros:

Nelíbilo se nám nic. Personál nebyl vůbec příjemný, pokoj hrozný, to že vybavení bylo staré a pamatuje těžký komunismus, to až tak nevadí, ale ten bordel, plíseň a špína. To nejde, nedoporučujeme.

Cons:

Vše. V koupelně plíseň, ubytování špinavé, rozbité kachličky, rozvity sprchač. Člověk si tam mohl rozřezat nohu, bylo to nebezpečné.

Nejdou otevrit dvere ani do pokoje,zadna hygiena na sprchovani.Nemuzete ani projit mezi postelou a lednickou viz muj urazeny malicek ve fotkach,tv jw umistena tak ze nani nevidite z postele.Hlavne te jsou v pokoju 4skrine uplne k nicemu.Katastrofa pokoj i hotel.Snidane ani nemluvim.Parek,maslo,sunka,syr,stary rohlik,volske oko,teple dzusy no proste hnus.Ani za 1000kc uz nikdy.Ale hlavne ze chcou poplatek za parkovani ikdyz neni misto na parkovani 😀
