Cooles Hotel mit super Ausblick in modernem Design in zentraler Lage mit Tiefgarage

Great views and stay with some little caveats
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the Innsbruck Central train station. Less than a 10 minute walk. It is also very close to the historic downtown area where you can find the building with the golden roof.

The Spa area is very nice and the view is great from the Spa area.

The huge picture windows in the suites on the 10th floor are magnificent.

Cons:

The first room I checked into had a really bad smell to it. I smelled like sewage from the shower drain. I didn't realize it at first but after 15 minutes in the room I couldn't stand it anymore.

I went to the front desk and they reassigned me to another room immediately. That room was great and did not have any issues as far as smell was concerned.

I do not like the old style bathtubs that have a little glass door that doesn't even reach halfway across the tub.
There was a leak at the bottom of the door that always caused water to flow out of the tub and under the toilet.

There were no towel holders by the sink. Lots of space for towel holders, unfortunately none to be found.

At 9:30pm there were no more fresh towels in the Spa/sauna area.

This is a pretty cool and fancy hotel and I am just surprised by the lack of attention to detail. Would not have expected that.

I pointed these issue out to the front desk staff when I check out. Let's see if this gets taken care of by the time I visit next.

Camera assegnata diversa quella pagata. Letti non singoli 15 mq contro 25 pagati. No accappatoi. No facchini. No parcheggio. Sono stato costretto ad acquistare una seconda camera( no booking).

I love the huge windows, the view was just amazingggg.

Cons:

The room was not clean at all. Table tops were really dusty so I took my sanitizer and a tissue to clean, and the tissue turned black.

Also pillows were really really soft :(
