Our stay at this hotel preceded us leaving Barcelona on a cruise. The hotel was booked as part of the package by our travel agent. We were more than pleasantly surprised when we entered our room. We were not expecting the level of luxury in the room, given it was an “essential” room. Literally everything we could possibly need was provided: bath robes, slippers, all toiletries including toothbrushes and paste, a full. Ini bar (which was nit expensive) and a coffee machine.
The hotel is in the perfect position for sightseeing in Barcelona. We also enjoyed the breakfast selection at the hotel. It was comprehensive and delicious.
When we returned to the hotel after our cruise, the gentleman on duty came to the doors and relieved us all of our cases, and took them down to reception for us. The hotel stored our luggage for us as we were a little early before our rooms were ready. The politeness and helpfulness of the staff was a definite plus in this hotel.
We will definitely be booking an H10 hotel again!
We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. We had a great room with a large balcony, which we could relax on. The beds are super comfortable, great air conditioning and fan, which enabled us to sleep very well. Very central for shops and restaurants and short distance to Sagrada Família and other attractions. It was very busy when we were there due to the Popes visit, so we didn’t do as much as we hoped but we may well have to revisit!
Only one negative, the breakfast is not brilliant and the coffee is awful!

Hotel is good, as other 4 stars hotels. However sir doormen is excellent amazing guy. He is very helpful, smiling and make us feel comfortable. Location of the hotel is very good. In the centre, close to every attraction and public transport.

Location was awesome. Reception staff were great.
Pool area wasn’t as inviting as the pictures made out. Pool small and very shallow. Lobby area lacked atmosphere - would be better to have bar area there than on roof. Also, during breakfast service, staff were often talking to each other near entrance instead of clearing plates etc.

Location was perfectly central. Rooms were lovely. Spotlessly clean with bottled water replaced when needed and very cool as the temperature was going up outside. The rooftop bar and pool were just the place to relax and unwind after a day's exploring and the jars of sweets around reception were a bonus when coming back in the evening.The staff were lovely. They couldn't do enough to make our stay feel like luxury.
We would have liked a couple English tv channels just to watch in the evening. We didn't have any apart from news.
Centrally located and right outside there is a metro station. Breakfast could add a little variety. Personell is exceptionally polite and helpful.

Having only two days before our trip to Morocco we wanted to see as much as we could and be central to everything. This hotel is perfectly situated. We caught the aero bus from the airport which was so easy and had a short walk to the hotel. We were able to leave our luggage and go out and explore. We had booked 48 hours hop on off bus so a good way to get some fresh air and recover from jet lag.
Our room was spacious and had a small balcony overlooking the back garden. Bed was huge and comfortable. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant only because we wanted to see the city and see as much as we could. Staff were friendly and we were very happy with our choice of hotel. Central to everything. Would definitely book here again but noted there are several other hotels in the chain around the city.
