Pan seco. Máquina café expreso y tostadora no funcionaban. Zumo naranja imbebible por su dulzor.
Leche no era tal, era agua !

Sólo llegar, y después de abonar la estancia unos días antes de iniciar el viaje, lo primero que nos dijeron en recepción fue que pagábamos los impuestos turísticos y el parking por adelantado.
Parecía que tenían miedo de no cobrar ... pero un hotel de cuatro estrellas, como si fuera de menos, creo que el buen trato es básico ...

Déçus pour un hôtel 4 étoiles 🙁.. on s’attendait à de bien meilleures chambres.

Personnel très agréable 😊 et très bon petit déjeuner.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel, on a pu visiter Lourdes à pied ..
Très bons restaurants près de l’hôtel.
Chambre petite mais literie très confortable malgré les meubles un peu vieillots 🙁

La chambre au 8ème étage dans les combles. Poignée de fenêtre cassée et pas de volets. Un simple rideau en guise de volet..Meubles un peu vieillots
Parking cher pour stationner le véhicule.

La proximité avec le sanctuaire, le personnel de qualité, accueillant et professionnel. Mention spéciale pour le jeune homme à la réception.

Cons:

Les installations sont très bien, mais pas á la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles en 2026. Très certainement il y a quelques années.

maitre del ristorante eccellente persona.

Cons:

Il bagno è strano…il sanitario è in un ambiente (un loculo) e il resto del bagno in un altro ambiente. Scomodo sé si usa il sanitario e poi ha bisogno di lavarsi…deve cambiare ambiente. La vasca per entrare a fare la doccia è pericolosa in quanto scivolosa
