Hôtel simple mais confortable et idéalement situé non loin d’Universal Studio
Pros:

Emplacement et check in impeccables.
Jolie piscine, literie et chambre confortables.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner extrêmement basique - mais il est offert donc on n’ose pas trop se plaindre… Par contre, en tant qu’européens sensibilisés à notre empreinte écologique, l’utilisation systématique d’assiettes et bols en carton et de couverts et gobelets en plastic nous a particulièrement dérangés… L’hôtel devrait vraiment investir dans de la vaisselle réutilisable - en céramique et verre…
Aussi, nous avons séjourné 2 nuits et ignorions que le ménage ne serait pas fait entre les 2 - un peu dommage pour une chambre payée plus de 420€/2 nuits 🙁

Pros:

I liked that it had a swimming pool and a washer and dryer located on site. I liked the continental breakfast 😋.

Cons:

The key cards didn't always work and had to be replaced.

Our family enjoyed staying there. We will definitely book it again and highly recommend to others.
Pros:

The hotel is clean and the front staff is amazing. Staff is very friendly. The room is clean and enough space to walk around. The room that we stay in has a microwave in a small fridge which is a plus. Enough towels for our family and a great pool size. The room is sound proof alright, however, when our neighbors open their door to open or close. You can you them, but not so bad. The breakfast in the morning is a plus as well. Lots of variety of breakfast choices. Breakfast is good. Basement parking spaces is not bad.

Cons:

The only problem is that the AC was just a bit too loud that causes us not sleeping properly. We could have turn it off but it’s the summer so it’s hot and we need to ac to keep us cool.

Pros:

Everything was very clean all staff was very nice and respectful. Breakfast was very nice and enjoyable with a variety of food selections. Location is very close to Universal, which is where we went.

Cons:

I did not like parking. When we went to stay for the night there was no parking in front and upon going into the parking spaces in the floor underneath all parking spaces were taken. They instructed us to park on the side next to the wall(Not a parking space) along with 3 other cars due to no more availability. Amd they charge extra for tou to be able to keep your car there, therefore would expect proper parking spaces.

Cons:

location was a bit questionable, but that just might be LA. They should offer fresh cut fruits.
