This was not my first stay at the hotel, and there is a reason I keep coming back. The location is excellent, right by the beach and within easy reach of everything you might need in Larnaca. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a relaxing stay.

Cons:

There are, however, a few areas that need attention. At times, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom/WC, which affected the overall comfort. The noise from the boulevard is also very noticeable, especially in the evenings and at night.
The biggest disappointment was the condition of some of the dishes and cutlery, even a spoon was unusable because of the dirt. Proper washing and storage of dishes should be a basic standard, so this was quite surprising.

Znakomita lokalizacja, po wyjściu z budynku jesteśmy w centrum promenady, bary, restauracje, sklepy. Wszędzie blisko a najważniejsza to bliskość plaży.
Świetny widok z balkonu na plażę i morze.
0 problemów przy 'check in' oraz 'check out' mimo braku kontaktu z kimkolwiek z personelu.
Po pierwszej nocy dostaliśmy informację o darmowym śniadaniu dostępnym w barze na parterze, z którego skorzystaliśmy (całkiem smaczna puchata pizza).

Cons:

Co prawda codziennie pod naszą nieobecność ktoś zabierał śmierci i nie można powiedzieć, że apartament był bardzo brudny ale trochę większa uwagą do utrzymania czystości byłaby na plus.
Dla niektórych może to być problem dla innych nie ale myślę że warto to o tym wspomnieć: niemożliwe było spanie z otwartymi drzwiami balkonowymi. Hałas z ulicy jest bardzo słyszalny nawet na 4tym piętrze.
Pracownicy porządkowi starają się utrzymać promenadę w czystości ale dźwięki pojazdów zbierających śmieci o 4tej nad ranem oraz myjących ławki i kontenery myjkami ciśnieniowymi mogą być dla niektórych nie do zniesienia. 2 noce korzystaliśmy ze stoperów do uszy żeby się normalnie przespać.

Apartmán pár metrov od mora. Obchody,rôzne reštaurácie,kaviarne na dosah ruky.
Personál ochotný,nápomocný. V izbe čisto,postele pohodlné.

Cons:

V aparmane sme nenašli tanier a príbor ( predpokladala som,že je to bežná výbava apartmanu). Po komunikácii s prevádzkovateľom, ráno hneď nám doniesli aj s malým občerstvením.
Bolo to milé gesto.
