Timeshare - AVOID
Pros:

Beds were good. Location was good.

Cons:

They called daily harassing us about a timeshare presentation. There was no indication when I initially booked that this would be the case. The living room furniture in the place was pretty cheap and uncomfortable. Place was generally run down. Walls were very thin. The room next to us was smoking weed and we could smell it. The outdoor pool was closed in the middle of summer. I wouldnt recommend anyone stay at a property owned by this company because of their obnoxious business practices. Nobody wants to be called daily about a timeshare. It was bad enough that they wouldnt even give me a parking pass without trying to sign me up for their presentation.

Good space, lack of any responsibility for the nail that injured my husband and the construction
Pros:

Good sized space , full kitchen, washer dryer, two bathrooms, central location

Cons:

One of the chairs had a nail under the cushion that caused a bad laceration to my husbands leg. Thankfully it wasn’t one of our kids that was injured. We were also not aware they were going to be doing remodeling/construction on the next units over so being woken up early on our vacation was a downside.

The house and location were great👍 . Very clean and spacious

Cons:

We were a little sad that the pool was closed at our location . They did have pools availability at a there location but we had to drive over to it so I felt we didn't go as often as we normally would if it was right there

Was great would be back.
Pros:

Loved everything about it quiet spot.

Cons:

TVs could be upgraded. Didn’t have much to watch. 2 of the bathrooms sink nor tub worked. GPS needs upgrading couldn’t find place to check in took me to another spot.

We will always stay here
Pros:

We liked being off 76 but close enough to drive to any place easily

The townhouse had a couple of small things we told the main office about but nothing we felt needed immediate attention.

This townhouse is absolutely fun. Lots of space and parking. A great price and comfortable

Pros:

The townhouse lock off room is not what the picture shows. The bathtub was covered in soap scum. Im not one to usually complain because I have stayed in some not so nice places doing construction.

This one for the two hundred per night is definitely not worth it. Also the pool is closed so if you want to use pool you go to their sister resort and use it. Internet? None. It shows the password but you cannot connect.

You wil be asked to attend at capital vacation’s presentation so be prepared.

Pros:

Property was clean, roomy and comfortable. The air conditioner went out in both units we were in. They moved us the first night but bot the second night. Definitely disappointing to sleep in 80 degrees and they did not have fans. I will call to speak to management during the week.

Great location!
Pros:

Pretty nice place. Plenty of room.
Unfortunately, the on-site pool was not working, so had to go to other facility if wanted to use a pool (we didn’t). Nice sized TV’s, but multiple channels (that had good movies) did not work and two of the TV’s had fuzzy reception. Well stocked kitchen-ware. Upstairs shower had low pressure. Downstairs shower much better. Upstairs bedroom was too warm - it did not get cool like the other rooms. Nice neighborhood - went walking up and down close-by streets. Tennis courts were nice for Pickleball! Game room had Ping Pong, Pool, and board games. Washer and dryer in our room was nice! Didn't like the shared deck area. Great location! Close to almost all the activities we did. Someone called us shortly after we checked in, which I thought was nice, but they were trying to get us to listen to the timeshare offer.
