Very convenient, staff was friendly , breakfast was good

Next to Furano train station, and just a short walk away from a large convenience store and pharmacy (2mins). We drove, and we were appreciative of free parking.
There was no black out blinds in the room. The shutter blinds were not enough for summer (especially when it is bright at 4.30AM, and we woke up very early due to bright light streaming in. Artificial Onsen, but better than nothing - I did not use it though.

Breakfast was good. Room was a little small but it had all the basic necessities. Bed, pillows, shower and toilet were all very good. and of course the location was the best, being just across the train and bus stations.
The room could have been bigger. One set of front office staff on June 26 also unnecessarily gave us some anxiety when both ladies told us that it would take two days for our baggage to be received at our hotel in Sapporo when their colleagues had told us the day before (June 25) that it would take only one day. When we arrived at Sapporo, our luggage was there. So in fact it took only one day to be received.

Staff is super kind and helpful
Rooms and communal spaces are old, dirty, small. There is a strong smell , dead bugs and layered dirt . Furniture is in desperate need of a change. Overall, you can’t wait to get out of the place

朝ごはんも美味しかったですが、私の場合、あまり沢山食べられないし残したくないので、バイキングが嬉しいかと。

Extremely close to the train and bus station. Although no ice machine, but upon request, hotel staff will get a full bucket of ice from the restaurant for us. The hotel also given a free coupon to redeem a bottle of wine if we visit the winery.
