Amazing would come back
Pros:

The hotel was amazing, really true to pictures. I spend an amazing time there and it was really close to everything in Kamari.
The bus also was really convenient, it was easy to access.
The staff was amazing, really polite and really smiling every time. The answer any questions.
The breakfast was perfect, with lots of options and so good.
You could also order food during the day, with also a lot of option and not that expensive. The service was amazing. The pool was really nice and really clean too.
The rooms were nice.
Thank you again so much for the nice moment, I would definitely come back in Kamari thanks to you

Cons:

The wifi didn’t work inside of the rooms, I think it’s the only negative point about that hotel. Because everything else was amazing.

Pros:

Lieu très calme, très beau et vraiment agréable. Le logement est idéalement situé, à proximité de tout. Parking assez grand. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et le personnel a été particulièrement gentil.

Te niegan agua caliente durante el desayuno pago...
Pros:

El hotel era lindo y estaba muy limpio. La habitación amplia y luminosa.

Cons:

El trato del personal. Son rudos y sin decirme siquiera "buen día" me salieron al cruce diciendo que no podía cargar agua para mate en mi termo. Yo no desayuno ni té ni café, tomo mate y mi termo es pequeño de 600ml (equivale a dos tazas de té que es lo que debe tomar en promedio cualquier huesped durante el desayuno). En lugar de preguntarme o tratar de entenderme, sin siquiera saludarme ya me estaban diciendo "no puedes llenar el termo, el agua es cara, pago por el agua"... (de verdad me dijeron eso...) Un horror, yo respondí que ellos pagan por el agua pero yo pagué por el hotel y por el desayuno y agua no se le niega a nadie... No me sentí cómoda ni bien atendida, no volveré ni lo recomiendo.

Amazing time
Pros:

The staff were helpful, the room was amazing and the pool was excellent. We had our room upgraded for free which was a nice touch.

Lovely hotel - highly recommended
Pros:

We couldn’t fault the hotel in any way during our stay.

Ideally located on the edge of the town of Kamari about 5-10 minute walk (flat) to the beach and a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops.

On the eastern side of the island but only a 20 minute taxi / 35 minute bus (2.20 €) from the town of Fira.

The ideal location to explore the island but come back to somewhere more relaxed.

The whole team were lovely and friendly - and extremely helpful. Advice freely given, when asked, about recommended places to visit, tours, wine tastings, where to get local buses, etc. The team - from the lovely owner, to the hard working housekeepers, barman and breakfast team - were all great, from initial check-in with Esmeralda to check out. In fact the hotel had actually made a phone call the day before we travelled to ask about our expected arrival time and provide some initial information- a really nice touch!

The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day, with balcony overlooking the well looked after gardens.

We didn’t use the pool a lot - too much to see and do on the island - but nice to use for an hour before going out, or on return from a day exploring. The pool was not overcrowded and clean, with excellent friendly service at the pool bar.

A lovely friendly, family run hotel.

The hotel has a peaceful, relaxing vibe — just what I needed for a perfect holiday.
The rooms were clean, cozy, and beautifully simple, with a nice balcony to enjoy the breeze.

The pool area was absolutely amazing — quiet, clean, and surrounded by greenery.
