Pros:

Lovely location and rooms are in pretty decent shape. However, its unacceptable that I can't find staff there. Nobody answered the phone during several attempts during my stay. Nobody at the front desk (very early hour, but still should be able to find somebody). Called later to let them know I left and it took almost 15 minutes to get a person on the phone. Its too bad because I love the location, but I wouldn't recommend staying there.

Highly Recommend - Clean and so Convenient
Pros:

Great hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff ever. Everything is walkable from this hotel, the Convention Center, Reading Market, Shopping District, Liberty Hall and restaurants.
Super clean with large room and free breakfast. I highly recommend.

Location was perfect and staff was amazing.
Pros:

I loved that we right right across from reading terminal market!

Cons:

The beds were not comfy at all and I woke up with a very sore back.

Pros:

Nikki was very accommodating to my family. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure we were situated in our rooms and parking was completely taken care of. She provided exceptional service.

Convention Convenience
Pros:

Super convenient to the convention center...like across the street. We were in town to watch my niece play at a volleyball tournament. Staying here was so easy because of its convenience.

We brought our own food to minimize costs and parked offsite, which was also cheaper.

Our room was clean and on a higher floor so we could see the street. Would definitely recommend.
