Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. A dishwasher is included and they also provide plenty of dishes and utensils. You can borrow a induction cooktop and pen if needed. They clean up every two days. The breakfast is decent, there are oatmeals, fruits, and boiled eggs if you want to eat healthier. Access to everywhere in the hotel requires eletronic key card, which made me feel safe during my stay, especially given its location in the center city. The location is right next to reading terminal market. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay!

I found the staff friendly & helpful. The room was easy to find & comfortable. Parking expensive!
Pros:

Bed and shower were comfortable and warm. Central location was a good choice for tourist opportunities. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Carpets were ripped and lamp shades were broken. Cosmetic issues only - opinion based on room value. Parking was extremely high, but in and out privileges were helpful.

Me fizeram uma cobrança de 150 dólares de caução e disseram que devolveriam em 3 dias e até hoje nada. Minha estadia foi até 14/10. O café da manhã é super fraco, só o que valeu foi a localização. Pela manhã perguntei pela reposição de queijo no café da manhã e a funcionária disse que tinha acabado. Isso às 8:30 da manhã. Home2 nunca mais. Espero que depositem minha caucão. Meu quarto foi entre impecável. Sou isiária do Bookinf faz muito tempo.

Pros:

The room was really nice and very big. Nice bathroom. The kitchen was great, especially having real dishes and silverware.
The beds were very comfortable.
The front desk staff was great.

Cons:

Parking available at the hotel was quite expensive. We parked two blocks away and it was MUCH cheaper.
The breakfasts could have been better. The egg "patties" need to be replaced with real eggs. However, the biscuits were delicious!

Nice Location, Friendly Staff, well appointed rooms.
Pros:

I was in the hotel for less than 10 hours. Room was big and clean and had everything needed. Comfortable bed. Good design
