Hotel is in convenient location

Cons:

The room felt a bit outdated, bathroom sink had a large crack in the granite. The room itself was a bit small.

Cons:

Não gostei do padrão de limpeza do hotel: fiquei durante uma semana e meu quarto foi limpo apenas uma vez, apesar de eu ter insistentemente solicitado. Também não gostei da academia, que é muito pequena e muito desprovida de equipamentos, em particular para um hotel que se propõe a ser um "home suite" - muito insatisfatória.

Pros:

The location was amazing- Reading Terminal was your front yard.

Cons:

The hot water was not hot. The hotel check it 3x but it was never above regular tap water. That was a downside. The room could have been cleaner. Also note- finding food after the terminal closes is very difficult.

Inhumane. Excruciating painful for the ears and brain.
Pros:

Spacious and clean room.

Cons:

Noise. NOISE everywhere. The room 611 is attached to an electrical room, an ice making machine, and an elevator. There is also a constant outside noise that sounds like an airplane engine noise.

Great location and wonderful staff
Pros:

This is a great place, location wise and tge staff were excellent. Ang on the front desk waa so helpful in advice on where to go, getting us in our room even though we were early and always had a smile. In the early morning I was Hoping for a coffee, it was just before breakfast started however Sheldon went and set up the coffee for us. He was so welcoming and engaging, not easy at 6am. Both Sheldon and Ang made the stay at the hotel that much better!

Great location, a little pricey for the quality but still good choice
Pros:

The location was great, right across the road from the Reading Terminal Market. The room was very spacious and the shower was excellent.

The breakfast was a bit unappetizing. Although plenty of choice across the road.

Smoking fee $300 and we don't smoke
Pros:

Stayed at this Hotel for 3 days with my wife and 15 year old daughter, and the last day I received a smoking fee for $300, non of us smoke, vape, etc. And the hotel says that their smoke detector captured unusual activity and that is the reason of the fee. At the same time I was checking out there was another family with the same problem. It was impossible to remove the fee, this is very unfair, Hilton is my one to go hotel for the past 20 years, they have my history staying at their hotels and never had an incident before.
Do not stay at this hotel if you don't want to go through the same experience.
