I liked the comfortability
We got kicked out around 2am in the morning because the staff member called the police and made up lies stating we was fighting outside, when we was not. I stayed with my husband, our adult nephew and our 4 children. All we wanted was to sleep and I had to get my kids up at 2am in the morning and find somewhere else to stay it was a waste of my time and money and we didnt even check in until around 10pm the staff lady was a weird crackhead and clearly had no idea what she was talking about.

It was very close Mayo Clinic and the freeway. Excellent location and also the staff.
Small matter. The table small take was broken which should have been addressed before my arrival. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.
Very nice, clean facility and excellent location: just off the freeway, close to mall and multiple restaurants.
Staff are friendly and helpful when asked but don't go out of there way to talk to you. Staff talking to each other at check in and out more than they addressed us which is not great customer service.
