Loved this hotel- highly recommend
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. Everyone was really helpful. The room was facing the sea and had a wonderful balcony. It was spotless. The parking was easy to find and a short walk to the hotel. Their restaurant and breakfast was great. I really had a great stay.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata molto negativa. L’unico vero punto a favore è la posizione, davvero ottima perché si trova praticamente in pieno centro.

Per il resto, ho riscontrato diversi problemi. Per il parcheggio mi era stato indicato tramite email di pagare direttamente in struttura: il parcheggio convenzionato “Le Palme”, che si trova vicino all’hotel, aveva un costo di 40 € per 4 notti, mentre a me sono stati fatti pagare 60 € in struttura. Una differenza che non mi è stata spiegata in modo chiaro.

Stessa situazione per il lido convenzionato Miramare: mi è stato fatto pagare 50 €, ma una volta arrivato al lido ho scoperto che altri clienti pagavano 40 €. Anche in questo caso mi sarei aspettato maggiore trasparenza e chiarezza da parte della struttura.

Anche la camera non mi ha soddisfatto: il bagno è molto piccolo e il piatto doccia è talmente stretto che una persona un po’ più robusta della media può avere difficoltà a utilizzarlo comodamente.

Infine, la colazione è stata una delusione: poca scelta e qualità che, a mio parere, non è all’altezza del prezzo e del livello che ci si aspetterebbe.

In definitiva, posizione ottima, ma esperienza complessivamente negativa, soprattutto per la gestione dei servizi extra e per la poca chiarezza sui prezzi. Da turista mi sono sentito poco tutelato e sicuramente mi sarei aspettato maggiore trasparenza.

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Unsere beiden E-Bikes haben auch einen sichern Platz im Hotel bekommen sogar mit Lademöglichkeit alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden 😎🫶☀️

L’emplacement était prometteur ( face à la mer) mais parking excentré, pas de dépose minute, et un endroit juste au dessus d’une enfilade de restaurants. Très très mal insonorisé, bruit, musique, une nuit cauchemardesque malgré un tarif élévé qui nous promettait un séjour reposant

Great hotel, central location close to the beach
Pros:

Great location so close to the beach. Suites and balcony rooms give great views of the coast. Rooms cleaned every day. Plenty of lovely restaurants close by. Plenty of choice

Tried to organize an upgrade on arrival. We were in 3 different rooms in our 5 day stay, not ideal

Geweldig hotel en locatie
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel is perfect, aan de sfeervolle boulevard. De kamer was ruim, het bed perfect. En ook de airco functioneerde uitstekend. Het ontbijt was perfect. Lekkere croissants, voldoende beleg en o.a ook pecanbroodjes !!!
Om de hoek zit het visrestaurant, Profumo di Mare. Als hotelgast krijg je er 10% korting.

Super Lage direkt am Meer. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr sauber, das Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir waren begeistert. Parkplatz ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.
