It could be so much better with a little attention...
Pros:

The balcony of our room gave a wonderful view of the town and beach. The breakfast, served by lovely Gaetano, included a wide range of foods. Gaetano was the highlight, with interesting stories.

Cons:

Our room was small (despite being deluxe) and the 1st night had inadequate AC. Some maintenance is needed in the bathroom. The 1st hotel in Italy to not offer water in the room.

El precio pagado fue de una buenra habitación con viata al mar
Me apena que la reapuesta fue ahhhh estamos fulll !!? No le podemos dar otra.

In my opinion the best place to stay at Otranto.
Pros:

The location is simply unbeatable. It is right by the sea, only a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Old Town, on the main street with restaurants and cafés and both free and a private beach. Waking up every morning to the sound and view of the sea from our spacious balcony was truly unforgettable. Choosing the sea-view room with the large balcony was worth every single euro.

The entire staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, warm-hearted and always smiling. The host was very friendly, the gentleman preparing the coffee at breakfast greeted everyone with a smile every morning and made excellent Italian coffee. The housekeeping lady was also exceptionally kind and warm-hearted.

Super comfy bad!!! And pillows!

The room was spacious and equipped with 2 powerful air conditioners, which made a huge difference during the hot summer days.

Breakfast offered everything you need to start the day. There was a good selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt, boiled eggs, juices, croissants, apple pastry and traditional local cream-filled pastries. Pasticciotti. My personal favourite - delicious fresh bread. Because if the wheat grown in the region the bread tastes differently.

Be sure to enjoy dinner at the hotel’s restaurant - it was even better than some of the restaurants in the Old Town.

Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value for money. The exceptional location, breathtaking sea views, comfortable rooms and genuinely caring staff made our stay memorable. We highly recommend it.

Бронировали номер люкс,при такой жаркой погоде,не было даже в номере бутылки воды,хотя при бронировании указано мини бар,пусто...холодильник очень плохо холодит
