Pros:

Távozáskor a feleségem ott felejtette a recepció előtt az asztalon a szemüvegét. A személyzet megtalála és telefonos érdeklődés után több mint egy hónapig eltárolta. Többször próbáltam érte menni de mindig közbejött valami, ezért telefonon többször egyeztetünk. Mindig rugalmas és segítőkész volt mindenki. Azóta már sikerült elmenni érte utólag is hálás köszönet.

Ogólnie na plus. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.
Pros:

Podobała mi się możliwość zjedzenia śniadania na zewnątrz. Wybór jedzenia do śniadania wystarczający.

Cons:

Do poprawy jest opis w ogłoszeniu. W moim pokoju miał być stolik.

Al voor de vierde keer een heel fijne tijd daar gehad
Pros:

Vriendelijk, en heel behulpzaam personeel , super ligging , metro vlakbij , daarmee ben je binnen 10 minuten in het centrum, en de andere kant op met 5 minuten op het Heldenplein , thermaalbad en kasteel. Dus toplocatie.

Cons:

Eigenlijk alles prima .

Very nice place, just don't stay in room 505.
Pros:

Great location, just off Andrassy, in a quiet neighborhood with several nearby corner markets. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Good bed. We didn't get breakfast, but heard it was very good.

Cons:

I am sure there are better rooms than 505 in this inn. We were beside the elevator, which made random clanking noises during the course of the day and night and the blinds did not fully cover the slanted windows, which faced the sunrise such that stripes of bright light came across the bed early in the morning. We filled the cracks with clothing and towels, but it was still too bright.

Ár megfelelő . A személyzet kedves , barátságos és segítőkész volt . Mi nagyon jól éreztük magunkat .

Pros:

It was comfortable and in a nice location.
Even if we didn’t make the initial reservation with breakfast, we checked for that option at the hotel and it was a good decision, because everything was good.

Cons:

The room was small, not an major inconvenience, but this was a little minus

Hotel bien ubicado, en lugar tranquilo, limpio y con personal muy amable
Pros:

La ubicación era central y en un barrio residencial y tranquilo. El personal muy amable, la habitación chica, pero tenía de todo y muy limpia. El desayuno buffet con varias alternativas

Cons:

El baño tenía un extractor de aire que sonaba demasiado fuerte y por mucho rato.
La TV no tenía streaming y poca variación de canales de TV, sobretodo si no entiendes el idioma de origen.

Cons:

The behavior of the hotel staff was very ugly and it was as if the hotel was a prison and they were the prison guards, they constantly monitored how much we ate and what we did at breakfast, even though we had a buffet. The shower was low and you had to hold your hand when taking a shower to be able to wash yourself. When you flushed the toilet, the tank had very little water and it did not flush the toilet properly. They changed the sheets every 3 days and did not clean the floor properly.
