Trevligt boende.
Pros:

Helt OK rum. Bra och riklig frukost. Ganska centralt.

Agradable
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, desayuno variado. La ubicación, cerca de la parada de metro 1 que es la que te lleva al centro. Las habitaciones las limpian todos los días y cambian las toallas. En la triple teniamos una jarra electrica con sobres de te y cafe.

Cons:

Por ponerle un pero es que el ascensor hacia ruido y nuestra habitación estaba cerca

Отдыхали большой туристической группой из Финляндии — 28 человек. В целом впечатления от отеля хорошие. Соотношение цены и качества полностью соответствует ожиданиям. Номера комфортные, кровати удобные, постельное белье чистое и аккуратное.

Отдельно хочется отметить, что для большой группы размещение прошло в целом нормально, однако при заселении возникли организационные проблемы, несмотря на то, что список гостей и вся необходимая информация были отправлены заранее.
Хотелось бы, чтобы администрация уделяла больше внимания подготовке к заезду больших групп.

В остальном проживание было комфортным, персонал старался помочь, и поездка оставила положительное впечатление.

Работу администратора или портье при заселении гостей, особенно больших групп. Несмотря на то, что список гостей и вся необходимая информация были отправлены заранее, при заезде возникли некоторые организационные сложности, было потрачено время на заселение минимум на час дольше, чем должно было быть.

A szállás jól frekventált helyen van, tiszta a szoba, kényelmes ágy, és nem utolsó sorban kedves személyzet, innen is köszi Estella.

Cons:

A tusfurdő adagoló, és a WC ülőke pici javítást igényelne, de alapvetően ezek nem számottevő gondok.

Lipsa semnalului de internet,cu toate ca am plătit internet rapid in camera,as dori returnarea sumei care reprezinta internetul rapid.
Receptionera foarte obraznica,spunând ca daca nu ne place sa plecam la alt hotel.

Addetti alla reception molto gentili e disponibili

Servizio colazione. Addette al servizio non erano pronte a rifornire cibo mancante e tazze e piattini. Bisogna sempre segnalare la mancanza di qualcosa

Cons:

l. The hotel was very old, and the bed was far too small for two people. The cleanliness was only superficial, while the staff were not good at all — they showed no consideration or understanding. The only thing that seemed important to them was taking the money and making sure they were satisfied, not the guests.

Pros:

Lage war völlig ok. Zimmerservice an sich war völlig in Ordnung.

Cons:

Frühstück war sehr dürftig, keine ausreichenden Tassen, Personal komplett unterbesetzt und dadurch überfordert.Der Zimmerservice war bereits um 7:00 Uhr mit diversen Aktivitäten am Start. Wir wohnte im 2. Stock. Es war extrem laut und die Nachtruhe war vorbei.
