Delusione....
Pros:

Hotel 3 stelle medio/basso.

Cons:

La struttura nonostante le temperature anche di meno 3 ,la notte non ha acceso il riscaldamento ,ne diurno ne notturno.
Alle nostre lamentele hanno risposto ,che non potevano fare nulla,casomai potevano darci una coperta in più..
Mai successo una cosa del genere, ed abbiamo viaggiato parecchio
Poi in camera spifferi alle finestre.
In camera non c'è la cassaforte, come descritto nei servizi.

The hotel advertises Wi-Fi in all areas as an amenity. However, when I arrived at my room, there was no working internet connection. There was also no cellular reception, leaving me unable to use my phone to access the internet at all.

When I asked reception whether there was any way to resolve the issue, I was told that this was a three-star hotel and that this was simply what they offered. No solution or assistance was provided.

The issue is not the hotel’s star rating. It is that Wi-Fi was explicitly advertised as an available amenity, yet I was unable to access it. Had the listing accurately reflected the lack of internet access in my room, I would have booked a different hotel.

Pros:

The staff are welcoming and extremely kind, always showing great attention to guests’ needs. The location is perfect, right in the city centre and very close to the yellow metro line. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the room! Breakfast is also delicious, with a great variety of both sweet and savoury options. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. My husband and I came to celebrate his birthday in this beautiful city, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main boulevard, which is perfect for a lovely walk. The metro and bus stops are nearby, and many of the city's attractions are within walking distance.

The room was small but cosy, with a very comfortable bed. We especially appreciated having pillows of different sizes to choose from. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of dishes to suit every taste.

We were especially touched when we returned to our room on my husband's birthday evening and found a lovely surprise from the hotel: a bottle of wine and a plate of delicious snacks.

A special thank you to the lovely receptionists, Gabo and Edina, for their thoughtfulness, warm welcome, and hospitality. They made our stay even more special!

We would be delighted to stay at this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Pros:

La ubicación, cercana al centro pero barrio tranquilo, 20 minutos paseando, con parada de metro en la calle Andrassy y líneas de autobuses. El personal muy amable, en particular, Gabo e Ivette. Me obsequiaron con una botella de vino y unos platos de fruta y tarta el día de mi cumpleaños que pasé allí. Un detalle por su parte. En el desayuno hay de todo, parte salada y parte dulce (muy buenos los dulces) variedad de cafés, yogures, kefir, leches, embutidos etc... La limpieza perfecta. Todo me ha parecido bien.

Cons:

La habitación para tres un poquito justa pero nos apañamos bien y no tuvimos ningún problema. El resto estuvo todo bien.
