Prima prijs kwaliteit voor een 2-3 nachten om Manila te bekijken.
Pros:

Prima locatie in de stad te bekijken, fijn dat er een zwembad was om na een dag in de hitte even af te koelen. Ontbijt was prima, keuze tussen continentaal en Aziatisch. Receptie hielp mee in boeken taxi via Grap en gaven netjes prijsinformatie mee. Portieren zeer vriendelijke mannen. Kamers waren ruim genoeg, AC werkte naar behoren.

Cons:

Bedden waren iets hard (maar vaak geval in Azië) en warme water werkte niet in de douche. Dit werd wel zeer adequaat opgepakt; binnen 5 min was er iemand van de technische dienst aanwezig. De opbergruimte in onze familiekamer was wat beperkt voor het aantal personen, geen ramp want er was wel een salontafel en aanrecht waarop spullen gelegd konden worden.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok, they served a variety of food that suits their guests needs. There are vegetables and salads, omelet station, chicken or pork viand, breads and pastries, fruits, and cereals. We were satisfied with the foods served during the 2 nights we stayed.

Cons:

The bathtub in our room is so slippery i almost fell and hit my head in the bathroom wall. Something has to be done with this bathtubs. The smell of the hallway is not as good as the smell of the lobby area. Also housekeeping was late, when we left our room at 11AM i put up the please make up room sign, we have come back and still housekeeping has not been to our room, it was around after 6 pm i think when they finally came.

It was a great stay.
Pros:

Overall, It was okay. And rather convenient.
Pros:

I appreciate the breakfast buffet and the menu which happens to be different each day. The staff were very courteous, polite and quick to respond regarding inquiries and assistance.

Cons:

Also, we didn't expect the TV set to be small and dated, plus the internet connection was quite glitchy. We requested for the Tech personnel to address our issue since my kids and I had to work or do some online tasks, but it took us 4 follow-ups before they went to the room and addressed our concern. More importantly, we expected our room to be cleaned during our 2nd day and night, we were out the whole afternoon and came back to see our room was not tidied. Hence, we did not bother anymore as it seems the hotel was understaffed, and the place was packed.
