Very surprised at how quiet it was there. My room was facing the road, but still very quiet
Pros:

It was extremely close to where I needed to be. For me, everything was within walking distance with shops, parks hotels etc. very handy

Cons:

My parking spot was quite a distance from my room and I was upstairs, so a bit of a haul to get everything to my room. I probably could of parked closer, initially, but didn't like to use someone else's spot

Pros:

The location of this property was great! Only a couple of minutes from anywhere in Launceston. Also across the road from Coles/Kmart so easy access for food essentials while we were there. Good parking with clean well presented rooms

Cons:

Due to flight delays we had to electronically check in. . This required a further 'bond' which given we had paid in full some weeks before i felt was excessive. The stairs to our 1st floor appartment were quite steep. None of the side lamps or electric blankets were plugged in so had to move beds around to find plugs.

Pros:

Beautifully presented apartment and quite spacious. 4 of us stayed here comfortably and the location is excellent. Very clean and tidy - would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The lights are very bright (cool white) which made the room feel less comfortable so we had to bring one of the lamps from the bedroom through to the living room to give a warmer, homelier glow. That is the only negative about the place - a floor lamp with a warm white globe in the living space would make this place perfect!

If is wasn’t for the lovely people in another room paying the bond we would’ve had to sleep in the public toilets
Pros:

Cosy, comfortable and well equipped

Cons:

The $200 bond required after payment for the room which is not made clear until after payment already taken. A trap for newcomers

The bed was hard the stairs to up to our little unit with very steep and the shower late sprayed all over the bathroom
