Pros:

Cestuji vcelku dost, ale tak velké pokoje jsme snad neviděl! Na pokoje hotelu 3 hvězdy super. Též velké balkony, nová koupelna. Postele super. Některý nábytek lehce starší, ale nejsem hnidopich. Snídaně zcela v pohodě, zapůjčení ručníku a županu do Spa včetně praktické tašky. Okolí - nejsou jsou K. Vary, ale i tak dost kaváren a blízkém okolí, je to malé městečko, je tu klid.....

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, und der Kaffee stand beim Erscheinen bereits auf dem Tisch. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Eine Klimaanlage statt eines Ventilators wäre schön. Die Lüftung auf der Toilette sollte mit dem Licht verbunden werden, und nicht einzeln zu betätigen sein.

Pros:

Überaus freundliches Personal!! Ausführlicher Check in. Bademantelservice auch noch am Abreisetag bis 13:00 Uhr. Es wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen! Sogar Tiefgaragenplatz bis 13:00 Uhr!

Cons:

Die Lautstärke von der Fußgängerzone war sehr laut, vor allem am 1. Abend!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Therme war durch den Gang schnell zu erreichen. Im Umkreis von paar Metern viele kaffee 's und Restaurants.

Nettes Personal

Cons:

Rauchen auf dem Balkon.
Da wir Nichtraucher sind hat uns der Zigaretten Gestank von Nachbar Balkonen gestört.
Da die Balkone aus Holz sind, sollte das Rauchen grundsätzlich im Hotel(Balkone) verboten sein.

Pros:

Die Lage zur Therme ist optimal mit direktem Zugang !! Das Parken vor Ort ist sehr gut!

Cons:

Das Frühstück hatten wir, bei dem Preis der Übernachtung, besser erwartet, recht überschaubar und immer gleich in der Auswahl.?! Bis auf Ausnahme sehr freundliches Personal!

Ruhiges Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, aber mit Schwächen in der Zimmerausstattung.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, direkter unterirdischer Zugang zur Therme, Tiefgarage sowie Fahrradabstellplatz inkl. Lademöglichkeit waren kostenlos.

Cons:

Fehlende Klimaanlage, sehr warmes Zimmer und fehlende Sitzkissen auf den Terrassenmöbeln. Die Kücheneinrichtung in der Suite war leider sehr alt.
