חבל מאוד . העלות של החדרים היתה סבירה מאוד . אבל החוויה היתה שלילית. לא סביר שנגיע פעם נוספת למלון .

אהבנו את המיקום של המלון. חדרים סבירים ביותר.

Cons:

באתר רשום שיש ארוחת בוקר. אין חדר אוכל פעיל .הארוחה מזמן בוטלה. נאלצנו להזמין ארוחת בוקר במלון אחר.
הניקיון בכל רחבי המלון על הפנים . לא היה חלב בבוקר . גם קפה לא יכלנו לשתות...... וגם לא סופק חלב במשך כל היום.....
השירות ניתן ע"י פקיד הקבלה שהוא לבד . ולא מסוגל תת מענה לכל החדרים וגם לטפל באורחים חדשים.
כספת לא תקינה - קיבלנו מפתח ידני לרשותנו.... והסתדרנו.
כל מי שמגיע לחג השבועות ולשבת שלאחר מכן - יוצא מהמלון בשעת ערב 2000 . - גם נאמר לפקידה שהמליצה לעבור לBOOKING שאנחנו יוצאים מאוחר . אף אחד לא רמז ולא אמר שיש לזה עלות נוספת ועם ההגעעה למלון נדרשנו להוסיף לכל חדר (הזמנתי 2 חדרים) עלות נוספת .של 250 ש"ח לחדר . ונאמר לי שהחיוב יבוטל ולתהמתי - אני רואה בכרטיס אשראי חיוב !!!!

המיקום התאים לנו מאוד, לכן בחרנו את המלון. לגבי א. הבוקר - היא איננה מוגשת יותר. יש לתקן את הפרסום

המיקום ענה על הציפיות שלנו. החדר נחמד.
- בפרסום בבוקינג כתוב שהמחיר כולל א. בוקר!!! בפועל, הסתבר לנו במקום, שכבר מזה זמן רב איןXאין ארוחת בוקר במלון.
הצביעו לנו על האישור להזמנה , שם כתוב שהמדובר בלינה בלבד.
התאכזבנו מאוד.
יש לשנות במיידי את הפרסום בבוקינג!!!

Super emplacement

Cons:

Manque de propreté : le ménage n’était pas fait correctement. Seul le lit était refait et les serviettes étaient changées.

De plus, l’accueil ferme le soir, ce qui nous a obligés à partir plus tôt que prévu pour effectuer le check-out.
