Pleasant.
Pros:

The room met the expectations. It had a nice view of the lake.

Cons:

Parking the car was difficult because the hotel has very few spaces and they were repairing the street just outside the hotel.

Beautiful Hotel amazing staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel spotless the housekeeping team came every day to clean our room they were constantly cleaning the public areas too the staff were so helpful and friendly special mention to the night porter he was so friendly and helpful especially after we got caught in a thunderstorm one night he went and got us all towels so we could dry off before heading up to our rooms he is a credit to the hotel I hope the management team acknowledge his excellent customer service he really is a credit to the hotel the breakfast was fabulous cappuccinos brought to our table every morning with a smile fresh omelette cooked to order along with fruit pastries ham cheese youghurt cereals and fresh juices. Cocktails at the pool were very tasty and served to us with a smile would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Cons:

The pool area lacked atmosphere. I feel they could have a bit of background music playing in saying this the pool was lovely and spotless clean

L’unica pecca se proprio devi trovare un piccolo difetto è stato il bagno un po’ piccolo e con la ventola rumorosa, per il resto tutto perfetto.

Yhd hotel is spotless. Staff helpfil and friendly . Breakfast excellent .
Pros:

The hotel was spotless. The staff were so helpful and friendly. From the reception to waitress/waiter to night porter to cleaning / housekeeping staff the place was excellent.

Cons:

Its not a big deal but spa could be bigger

A nice relaxing hotel stay
Pros:

The pool area was lovely.
The room was clean.
The staff were very helpful.
A nice breakfast also.

Cons:

The room was slightly small, however it was clean and tidy. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room.
Otherwise there was no issues with the room.

Pros:

Room clean - air conditioning good. Breakfast superb.

Pool was good and well maintained. Very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Possibly a little far out of town for some - 20 mins walk but not an issue for us. If you coming by train make sure to book a taxi from the station as it’s quite hard to get a taxi from the rank - not many .
