L'emplacement. La literie très confortable.
Le prix des petits déjeuners exorbitant pour le choix proposé ( 19€/personne).Le prix de la nuit pour le parking ( 20€). Ces prestations mériteraient d'être moins chères.
Le deuxième matin, à ma grande surprise quand je suis arrivé pour le petit déjeuner aucune table n'était nettoyée ,il n'y avait plus de pain ni de jus d'orange, d'omelette,etc.
Il n'était que 8h45 et j'ai dû réclamer aux cuisines pour pouvoir faire un petit déjeuner conforme à mes attentes (le personnel était du reste serviable)
the manager was literally the most arrogant rude and racist person i have ever met. he threw insults at me, raised his voice and i had to check out of the hotel. he ruined my trip totally.

Excellent location, easy access to public transportation in Rueil-Malmaison and to Paris.
The personnel are courteous and helpful.
My room was clean and well appointed, the air conditioning worked well, as did WiFi. Good water temperature in the shower.
Very good breakfast: the usual plus cooked eggs on demand.
I did not go in the garden because of the heat; in ‘normal’ times it must be a lovely place to sit with a drink or a book. The area is quiet. There is also a pleasant lounge inside.
This is a very nice hotel. I will stay there again and recommend it without hesitation.
A reading chair would be welcome.
Nine steps going up to the hotel entrance can be a challenge.
The mattress was a little soft for my taste (but it was comfortable and the bed linens of quality).

Le seul hic est que la pièce ou est servi le petit déjeuner n'est pas climatisée , c'est très dommage d'autant plus que cette pièce est en plein soleil le matin
