Right outside tram and train stops. Free car park with plenty of spaces. Included breakfast was good with a hot option. Free tea and coffee were always available in the lounge/bar area.

Cons:

Shower soap dispenser was empty on arrival and didn’t get refilled/replaced. Otherwise, it suited our needs and was comfortable.
