Unpleasant
Pros:

The pictures shown are not of this bed and breakfast, the rooms are dirty with mould and damp.

Cons:

There was nothing to like. It needs a deep clean and redecoration

Don’t waste your money look for better
Pros:

Nothing apart from the location

Cons:

Everything. Dirty rooms no breakfast had to use a spoon to butter my toast had water dripping on me whilst in bed the bed sheets and towels had blood and dirt on them not comfortable I don’t like to complain I have stayed in loads of places in Blackpool and this was by far the worst I have stayed in

The staff was really chatty

Welcoming
Pros:

Location was brilliant and close to Central pier and coral island. Staff were helpful and each morning I was asked if I wanted a tea or coffee.

Cons:

Breakfast included in price was only cereal , toast fruit etc cooked breakfast wasn't included but there was a option to pay for a cooked breakfast

Cons:

Where can I start. We went to check in, people kicking off in our hotel with management, then to be told at 3 o clock rooms not ready so come back 5 still not ready. Eventually got in the hotel and there’s a dog destressed barking all day and night. NEVER AGAIN

Never again!
Pros:

We were greeted with very poor reception after arriving 6 mins before check in. We were then told about aload of fi es we would receive one being ringing the doorbell after 9pm if we were struggling to get in and if there was any noise between 9am-7pm which as a family hotel was abit unreasonable. We were then given the keys to.our room... which the hotel and rooms are nothng like the photos they had quite clearly been taken from another hotel or from years ago! I get that its a budget hotel which I paid £90 for the two nights but that was with discount from.my genius points however had I have not paid already ..I would have walked out and gone elsewhere ..I wouldnt have paid £20 a night let alone £45... really disappointing for both me and my daughter would not recommend this hotel to anyone !

Was a good few days spent with family
Pros:

Love the staff and we're it is based in blackpool

Cons:

The beds weren't comfy and the plug on wall was hanging of didn't think it was safe with the kids

Pros:

The area was excellent and staff was well organised

Cons:

The hotel was dirty and not acceptable and the Wi-Fi was crashing down every 5 minutes

Good enough and worth the money
Pros:

It was in a good location and good value for money. The staff were friendly

There was no towel provided and had to ask for one. You do expect to see a towel at any hotel. It’s only basic but good enough

Close to the amenities

Cons:

Room was very very basic,mold in corners of the room and bathroom,paper peeling off the walls. We paid extra to have breakfast,but when booking we were not told that the breakfast was an option of continental or full English.. we were only offered a continental, was very disappointed
