Estate is clean and nice, location is not as good as described and the dispose of own trash is just unpleasant

A few things but the most part that I don’t like is that one has to throw away it trash outside of the compound with the keys

Freundliches Personal.
Gepflegte Außenanlage.
Hotel mitten in einem Wohngebiet,
in ca 8 Minuten per Fuß am Gardasee.

Cons:

Schlafcouch war extrem quietschend und unbequem..
Bei jedem Umdrehen so laut, dass ich Sorge hatte, die Kinder damit zu wecken.
Habe schlecht geschlafen…
Küche und Küchenausstattung sehr einfach und
in die Jahre gekommen..

Clean, refurbished apartment ideal for a small family with younger children nice pool excellent staff

Cons:

It was a very good property for the price a bit too residential for us when you realise the distance between stations & the castle if you have a car & young children it is an excellent location

Pros:

Bianca was so friendly and helpful. She gave us loads of information and sorted out our transport to and from the airport. The apartment it self was super clean and we pretty much had the pool to ourselves most days, it was very chilled and we loved how relaxing the vibes were. We would deffo go again.

Stairs: if stairs are a problem for you, it is a bit problematic, it was not mentioned, staff help me with the luggage.
Kitchen: no microwave, I didn't even check, usualy it is, no oven. waste/rubish is far away
Quite far away from the lake
No nice view
It was not cheap

Tolle Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Die einzelnen Apartments mit der gemeinschaftlichen Grünfläche und dem Pool waren ein perfekter Mix aus Privatsphäre und Gemeinschaft.
Unser Apartment war schön, sauber und hatte zwei tolle Terrassen.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft. Von der ersten Nachricht bis zum Schluss, waren alle super nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben wirklich schon sehr lange nicht mehr solch einen tollen Service erlebt.

Pros:

Everything was perfect. I’ve stayed in many hotels and Airbnbs, but this is the first time I’ve been this satisfied with a place at such an affordable price. I’ve never left a review for a stay before, but this one is an exception. This accommodation alone makes me want to visit Sirmione again.

Saubere Ferienwohnung.
Die Lage ist hervorragend.
Pool war wie angegeben beheizt.
Tolle Unterkunft für Familien.
Austausch direkt über WhatsApp.
Abseits von dem ganzen Trubel.
Supermarkt in der Nähe, See fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Ziemlich unflexibel in der Terminfindung bzgl. der Massagen (wohl zurückzuführen auf einen externen Masseur).
