Great room, exceptional welcoming and helpful staff, terrific breakfast, good location and carpark and bike storage close by…. all in a lovely town.

Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Waren schon öfters dort. Kleines angenehmes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück, in der FUZO unweit eines Parkhauses. Im 1. Stock gemütliche Sitzecke mit Tischchen mit Keksen, Kaffee, Tee und Wasserspender.

Cons:

In dem Haus gibt es nichts zu beanstanden

Pros:

Bon service en général. L'eau mise à disposition gratuitement au premier étage.
Belle salle pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Par contre... nos nuits n'ont pas du tout été reposantes, compte tenu du vacarme nocturne : étudiants & autres beuglant dans la rue jusque 3h30 du matin.
Petit-déjeuner habituel, moyen.
La luminosité faible de la salle de bains (notamment pour se raser)

Összességében nagyon szép szállás, kényelmes, központi helyen, finom reggelivel.

Központi helyen van, kedves személyzet, finom reggeli, kávé tea frissítő sarok az emeleten, kényelmes ágy

Egy kis kuka volt a fürdőszobában, elfért volna vagy egy nagyobb vagy külön egy másik. Nincs lift

This facility was quite new, looking with lots of new metal railings and marble. It appeared to have been recently done
Pros:

Very central location. One half block from the square and 2 to the river. 10 minute pleasant walk from the train station through the old section. Breakfast every morning is down in the basement, which is very old with brick arches and atmospheric.

Cons:

We dealt with two staff members. The young man was extremely helpful and even carried our bags up to the first floor for us and down the next morning. The young lady was quite sour and I would say unpleasant unnecessarily.

An Exceptional Stay in the Heart of the City
Pros:

The hotel was a bit smaller than expected, but it was efficiently designed and equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, situated right in the center of all the major attractions. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast; the coffee, in particular, was outstanding and even better than what you would find at many specialty cafes. Additionally, while the parking is not free, there is a very convenient parking lot nearby with reasonable rates. Above all, I was deeply impressed by the staff's honesty and quick communication—they contacted me immediately when I left my passport behind, saving me from a potentially difficult situation.

Cons:

Since the hotel is located in such a central and vibrant area, there was some street noise at night. However, this is quite common for hotels in the heart of the city and is a small trade-off for such a prime location.

Pros:

The location was excellent, and the bedroom was clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee was available outside of the room in the foyer where there was a coffee table and chairs, which we took advantage of. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was attentive and spoke English.
The staff cleaned the room and bathroom very well.

Cons:

The entrance to the hotel is on a tiny side alley instead of the facade shown in the picture, which initially confused us as we were not looking there. There is no elevator so be prepared to climb flights of stairs. The paid parking is about a couple blocks away and is in a secure garage with no in-out privileges. It was too confusing for us to try to find the hotel before we parked because of closed off pedestrian and one-way streets so we carried our bags to the hotel from the garage.
Finally, although I felt the bathroom was small, my wife wasn't bothered by it.
