Pros:

Uns hat der Pub im Haus sehr gefallen.
Unser Zimmer war auch prima, allerdings nur weil wir ein anderes Zimmer wie gebucht bekamen. Im gebuchten Zimmer roch es stark nach Urin, was wir bemängelt hatten. Das gebuchte Zimmer war im 3. Stock, sehr warm und sehr klein zu viert. Würde ich so nicht mehr buchen.

Cons:

Die Betten waren nicht sehr bequem.
Das Frühstück fanden wir anderswo auch hochwertiger, es wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt.
Das zuerst gebuchte Zimmer.

Perfect location for the beach and town, the staff were very friendly and helpful, nice breakfast, helpful to have parking available.

Insgesamt punktet das Hotel vor allem mit seiner zentralen Lage und den geräumigen Familienzimmern.
Pros:

Das Hotel haben wir im Rahmen unserer Südenglandtour gebucht. Wir waren als Familie mit unserer 3-jährigen Tochter und unserem Hund für vier Tage dort.

Unser Familienzimmer mit zwei separaten Schlafräumen war angenehm geräumig. Positiv fanden wir außerdem, dass Ventilatoren zur Verfügung standen und Hunde auch im Frühstücksrestaurant willkommen waren.

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage des Hotels. Viele Ziele konnten wir bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

Beim Frühstück konnte man verschiedene Varianten des englischen Frühstücks von einer Karte auswählen. Diese wurden frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Leider verfügte das Zimmer über keine Klimaanlage. Außerdem gibt es im Hotel keinen Fahrstuhl.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns insgesamt nicht überzeugt. Zwar waren Säfte, Müsli, Marmelade, Schokocreme und Milch vorhanden, allerdings gab es keinen Käse und keine Wurst. Brötchen und Croissants waren häufig bereits vergriffen und wurden während unserer Frühstückszeit nicht mehr nachgelegt.

Enttäuschend war außerdem, dass während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts keine Zimmerreinigung stattfand.

Pleasantly surprised.
Pros:

The young lady on duty for breakfast was very polite to everyone and efficient.
The breakfast was delicious. I had a lovely large pot of tea which kept my tea hot, just the way I like it.

Cons:

No password protected internet for hotel guests, so I wouldn't be able to stay here again if I had to work for a few hours.
