We loved this facility. The owner-manager was very hospitable and spoke excellent English.
Pros:

Beautiful facility, large comfortable room with large bathroom and even a drying rack which we used for our clothing to dry on the lovely terrace. The 2nd floor terrace overlooked the swimming pool and Lake Como a few yards beyond. Beach access and clean clear lake waters were just steps away next to flat path along the shore. One direction south and the other back toward Gravedonna. Breakfast was included and delicious - both the food and the coffee. The hotel is adjacent to a farm and greenhouses. Very serene with lovely views.

Cons:

Property was wonderful - no dislikes.

Kiváló szálloda! Tiszta, modern szobák, rendkívül kedves és segítőkész személyzet, valamint finom reggeli. A hangulat nyugodt, az elhelyezkedés pedig tökéletes. Minden szempontból elégedettek voltunk, bátran ajánlom mindenkinek!

Pros:

Die direkte Lage des Hotels am See ist wunderschön. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Liegewiese mit ausreichend Sonnenliegen, die zum Entspannen einlädt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine gute und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl. Auch die ruhige Lage hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.

Cons:

Das Personal war für unseren Geschmack, insbesondere beim Check-in, leider nicht besonders freundlich. Wir haben ein barrierefreies Zimmer erhalten, was grundsätzlich kein Problem ist. Allerdings war das Badezimmer aufgrund der sehr offenen Dusche für uns etwas unpraktisch, da nach dem Duschen viel Wasser im gesamten Bad stand. Auf unsere Anfrage nach einem Zimmerwechsel wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies leider nicht möglich sei. Zudem fanden wir es etwas unverständlich, dass wir für drei unterschiedlich ausgestattete Zimmer nahezu den gleichen Preis bezahlt haben.

Hotel je priamo na brehu jazera v peknom udržiavanom prostredí, tiché miesto. Personál bol milý, izba veľká, posteľ pohodlná. Izba má terasu so stolíkom a stoličkami, je tam aj sušiak na pradlo.Na raňajky bol naozaj veľký výber, v rámci raňajok vám personál pripraví aj kávu podľa vášho želania, nie len klasickú raňajkovú. Bazén priamo pred izbami, čistý. Do centra príjemná prechádza na pešo. V okolí veľa cyklochodnikov rôznej náročnosti. Super varia v reštaurácii Ristorante del Ponte.

חדר גדול מאוד עם מרפסת ונוף לאגם, יש יציאה מהמלון לטיילת של העיירה, אפשר גם לקחת אופניים ולרכב. המלון ממוקם בפיסת טבע מדהימה בעיירה גרדנובה בצפון קומו. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. מומלץ!!

Vackert ställe med vackra utsikter, jag är nöjd men hoppas det fylls på mer varm mat & lite oftare

Fint läge, fräscht hotell, bra parkering, bra personal mycket val på frukost och fina rum och utsida

Cons:

Vägen dit vart svår med bil men är inte hotellets fel. Frukost var mycket att välja på men lite för lite varm mat och påfyllning av den varma maten. Jag tränar mycket och behöver mycket protein därför kan det vara jobbigt om det fylls på varje 20 minuter med 3 ägg när jag kanske äter 6 ägg själv vanligtvis. Det vart jättefin utsikt men träden runtomkring vart i vägen för en stor del av utsikten. Ett business tips är att antingen kapa ner dom eller trimma dom mycket kortare

El desayuno es excepcional, nos sorprendió la variedad y la calidad de los productos.

La ubicación es muy buena, un área tranquila y cerca del paseo del lago.

El recepcionista nos recomendó una ruta de moto para seguir nuestro viaje y resultó ser una ruta muy divertida llena de curvas y bonitos paisajes.
