Nothing at all our stay was perfect although as we had the penthouse we would of liked some chairs to sit outside at the lovely big outdoor table that you had.

Great location, great staff
Pros:

The staff is super helpful and accommodating. Also have to mention how kids friendly they are. They truly went above and beyond. The restaurants on the premises are great too. Both downstairs and upstairs. Wonderful people.

Perfect location, spacious room

Cons:

Room started smelling of cigarette smoke in the middle of the night - probably entered via some vents / cracks from people smoking on the top floor where there is a restaurant
Hard mattress and duvet was too small

Хорошее местоположение, красивый вид из окна

Cons:

Номера уставшие, нет элементарных стаканчиков под зубную щётку, постельное белье в каких то пятнах, подушка из ваты, в шкафу лежали другие подушки, но не понятно сколько они там лежат, поэтому не стали их брать. На кондиционере стояла защита от детей, благо чат ИИ помог разблокировать, дует прямо в кровать, что вызывает дискомфорт. И отель стоит на перекрёстке, где у турков постоянные проблемы с движением и в 2 часа ночи сигналят без остановки.
