Pros:

The location was ok. Lots of restaurants close by.
The tram station is quite close

Cons:

It wasn't the cleanest, the shower was quite slimy and dirty.

Great location
Pros:

The hotel has a very central location, just a 5-minute walk from Karaköy Pier. Having Mükellef Karaköy on the rooftop is also a great advantage.

The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rafi Bey and the receptionist, Mustafa Sarıboğa, were both very welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. Their warm and attentive service made my stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great for central location, but small rooms and chaotic atmosphere in the hotel
Pros:

Great location to discover the city, close to many central places. Though the hotel is on a very busy and loud street.
Very friendly hotel staff.
The view of Galata Tower from the penthouse is beautiful

Cons:

The rooms were not clean. The penthouse balcony was covered in dust when we first checked in. The bathroom ceiling was dripping one night.
The elevator is often busy due to the restaurant guests.
They could have added some plants between the penthouse balconies for some privacy.
Very humble hotel though it looks more luxurious from outside. Could improve a lot with small touches.

Pros:

Det ända som var bra var läget. Det var nära till allt.

Cons:

Rummet vi fick var jätte litet. AC gjorde ljud ifrån sig så man blev galen när man ska sova och fönstrena är inte ljud isolerade så det känns som om sover på gatan. Det var väldigt mycket ljud från bilar och människor. Dubbelsäng vi fick var väldigt liten och inte skön att sova i. Dagen efter så klagade jag och fick tillbaka mina pengar och vi bytte hotell Personalen visste att AC hade problem men gav oss rummet ändå. Hissen var extremt liten och får bara plats med 2 personer och den krånglar. Har ni barn så är detta hotell katastrofen själv. Rekommenderas absolut inte.

Ich war mittlerweile schon zum 3. Mal im The Haze Hotel und bin jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und der Service ist sehr gut. Besonders Fatih an der Rezeption möchte ich hervorheben. Er ist immer sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und freundlich und kümmert sich darum, dass man sich als Gast wohlfühlt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service! Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

The Haze Hotel’e artık 3. kez geliyorum ve her gelişimde çok memnun kalıyorum. Otelin atmosferi çok güzel, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve hizmet kalitesi oldukça iyi. Özellikle resepsiyonda çalışan Fatih Bey’i belirtmek istiyorum. Kendisi her zaman çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Misafirlerle çok güzel ilgileniyor ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Güzel hizmetiniz için çok teşekkür ederim. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğim ve oteli herkese tavsiye ederim!

مريحه والعزل فيها جميل لايوجد ازعاج

موقعها ممتاز والموظفون مبتسمون وخدومين

Cons:

المصعد جدا صغير وضيق ، ودوره المياة لايوجد فيها خصوصيه لايوجد باب عادي فقط زجاج ومفتوح مع السقف !! ولكن للأمانه العزل فيها جميل ماتسمع ازعاج السيارات
