Excellent location and great staff. Cozy, nice hotel
Pros:

The staff was amazing, very warm and flexible. The bed huge and comfortable. The location was excellent. A nice cozy hotel. No noise, you can sleep but still close to the 5th avenue.

Cons:

Nothing. The pool could be bigger.

Me gustó la ubicación, la atención de los chicos de recepción son maravillosos Fabián sin duda resuelve 10/10 las jovencitas y el señor que está en la noche no recuerdo su nombre Pero todos están pendiente de todo los de recepción super amables serviciales etc las chicas de limpieza respetuosas, serviciales y educadas de verdad su fortaleza es el personal

Todo me gusto reservamos 3 noches al final fue tan agradable que nos quedamos 1 mas

Comodidad y cercano a la zona más turística
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es ideal, con todas las comodidades que puedes necesitar a un paso. En la 10ªavenida y llegando a la 5ªavenida fácilmente. Tiendas restaurante, bares y discotecas, pero a varias calles. La playa también queda cerca. Interesante el disponer de parking y así no te preocupas de buscar aparcamiento. Les avisas con 5 minutos de antelación y te abrían la puerta.

Cons:

Alguna plaza de parking es más entretenida para estacionar pero nada imposible.

Honestly, Only worth it for the location, not the experience.
Pros:

The best part is definitely the location in the city center, very close to Fifth Avenue, which makes it easy to get around and have everything nearby. I also want to highlight the front desk staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. In terms of cleanliness, it was acceptable.

Cons:

there are several areas that need improvement. Noise is a major issue — you can hear absolutely everything from outside, including construction, music and traffic which makes it difficult to rest. The mattresses are extremely soft, to the point of being uncomfortable.

Additionally, the hotel is in need of renovation. The furniture looks quite old. The pool is also very small and appears neglected, not inviting at all for spending time or relaxing.

Fantastic stay. Very comfortable and well worth the value.
Pros:

Great location. Very clean. The staff were exceptional, helped with everything, great to communicate with. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

We had to ask for a number of things. Blanket, extra pillows, wifi access issues. But once we had the stay was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien. El personal, lo mejor: se preocupan mucho de uno. Nos dejaron dejar el coche en el estacionamiento más tiempo.
