A very convenient location with fantastic staff

Beautiful small hotel in the centre of Como
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous hotel with lovely fresh rooms. All the extras touches in the rooms were appreciated such as the slippers, toothbrushes etc. Fantastic location beside many shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Superb hotel in fabulous location
Pros:

We stayed here as part of a group tour. It is probably all round the best hotel we have stayed in as part of a tour.
Everything about it was quality from the rooms, decor and food to the service. Every member of staff went above and beyond expectations. From checking in to checking out the staff were helpful and cheerful, we got the impression that they were happy in their work. Guests were always made to feel special. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice both on the well stocked buffet and the additional (included) menu.
The location is perfect as you are within easy reach of attractions, bars and restaurants but in quiet surroundings.
We would definitely recommend staying here and would do so ourselves if we revisited Como.
