Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok

Extremely clean and instead of letting me pay for late check out, they shifted my check out time from 12am to 3pm for free and I could stay by the pool until evening with locker and shower.
Breakfast is great!!!!!!!!!

We have visited this Hilton several times including this May 2026. It’s always a great experience. The check-in is seamless and the room is always spotless. Everyone on staff is always so helpful ~ Pang, Namtip, Wawa and Joy are always there for us and helpful in every way.

The hotel location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to the BTS station and nearby shopping malls. The service throughout my stay was truly exceptional.

Special thanks to Mr Name and the concierge team for the great arrival experience and warm hospitality. Linda the restaurant host still remember my breakfast preferences, which made me feel welcomed and valued. Chef Ake was always friendly, attentive to my food allergy requirements, and even prepared a special serving of mango sticky rice, my favourite dessert during breakfast.

The staff at the executive lounge were so wonderful- always cheerful, attentive and responsive to my requests. Their professionalism and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable.

I truly appreciated the personalised service from everyone and would gladly return again and again.

My stay at the Hilton BKK Sukhumvit was from May 6-8, 2026. As an experienced traveler, I can honestly say the facilities and service are absolutely superb. The outstanding service by their entire staff is truly noteworthy. I am new to trying Thai and Asian food. At breakfast, Hostess Meily and chefs Joke and Eugene were incredibly helpful and patient. Their genuine smiles could turn a bad morning into a good day. The staff in the Executive Lounge are professional and anticipate your food and drink wishes. The rooms are well designed with a huge shower and comfortable bed. The location near the Phrom Phong BTS, EmSphere, Emporium and EmQuarter is extremely safe and very convenient. You will have a very good stay here!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We enjoyed breakfast on the 4th every morning. Thanks to Top, Neily,J, Ake and Joke for welcoming us.
We also enjoyed cocktails in the lounge and some delicious food each afternoon.

Enjoyed the stay. Good location, clean and friendly staff. Ake stood out for me as the service at breakfast and lunch on Level 2 was simply outstanding.

Very good location , very close to bts and shopping mall. All Staffs are very welcome and friendly.. I can see they try to give the best service especially khun AKE from breakfast( floor2) , room is very clean and perfect... thank you to hk team .Will definitely choose to stay here again when I come back to Bangkok.

Ps. executive floor need a bit of improvement with variety of choices. Breakfast is very poor and sad, but the food are very good and yummy..

This is my tenth time at this Hilton. The location is just perfect, across the prestigious mall with everything, and next to the train who takes you everywhere, though Grab and Bolt work great for me. The executive lounge is the best bonus with an excellent service. A big variety of food with quality and best service in breakfast room is runner by the wonderful chefAKE. She is the BEST !

My husband and I always try to stay at Hilton properties, and in Bangkok, we consistently choose Hilton Sukhumvit. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful—they truly go above and beyond, often thinking creatively to meet our needs. We genuinely enjoy every stay here and appreciate the outstanding service.

Stayed with Hilton Hotels for the first time and I enjoyed the experience in Hilton Sumkhumvit very much. Good amenities and facilities are expected but the staff definitely elevate the experience more. Thank you to K. Nampthip and K.Mix for assisting when I lost my hotel key card. Special thank you to the executive lounge staff and K. May for making me feel very welcome. Looking forward to explore other Hilton properties and coming back to Hilton Sumkhumvit.

I cannot speak highly enough of Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok. It has an amazing location, beautifully appointed rooms, one of the best executive lounges I have ever experienced, and truly exceptional service that made our stay incredibly special.

We were in Thailand for one month due to the regional conflict and had the opportunity to stay at several Hilton properties in Bangkok and beyond, including Hilton Bangkok Asoke, Millennium Hilton Bangkok, Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, Hilton Garden Inn Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport and this was by far our favourite. The level of care and hospitality we received was unmatched.

We returned to the hotel on four separate occasions during the month and ended up staying for over two weeks in total. It truly became our home away from home.

The staff in the executive lounge deserve special recognition, especially Joy and Jay, who were so warm, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. As a Diamond member, we were upgraded from a standard room to a suite, taxis were arranged seamlessly, our favourite drinks were remembered each evening, and meeting rooms were kindly reserved daily so our children could do their online learning while we worked.

The executive lounge food offering is one of the best I have come across, with such a generous and high-quality selection that you hardly need to go elsewhere for dinner.

What stood out most was how thoughtful the team were with our family. They even arranged stationery items each day for our daughters, including whiteboard markers and scissors, to help with schoolwork. Those little touches meant so much.

Although it may not always be marketed as a family hotel, it was absolutely wonderful for us. Another bonus was the gym overlooking the pool, allowing my husband and me to work out while keeping an eye on our girls swimming.

The location is also excellent, with fantastic restaurants and shopping nearby. I highly recommend D’ARK in Emporium, as well as Antonio’s, just a short walk or tuk tuk ride away and one of the best Italian meals we had. The hotel dining options are also excellent, with access to restaurants across both the Hilton and the connected DoubleTree by Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok.

Thank you again to the entire team for making a difficult and uncertain time feel comfortable, warm and memorable. We will absolutely be back!
