Не понятно от куда у отеля такой высокий рейтинг.
Pros:

Быстро заселили, хорошее расположение отеля.

Cons:

В номере не работало 50% осветительных приборов из-за этого в номере очень темно. Шумоизоляция очень плохая если человек в коридоре разговаривает это очень сильно слышно, на улице машина проехала- тоже громко. В полный рост в ванной стоять не возможно упираешься головой, сесть в ванную тоже не возможно она короткая, приходится мыться сидя на корточках. Завтраки не вкусные можно их даже не брать, смысла нет. Данную гостиницу не советую.

Staff, location and value for money were all exceptional

Cons:

I found the advertising of a gym misleading - it was in the residential section and by pre-booking only. My days in Japan are long, and times are never set - therefore I was unable to book the gym in advance.

A Great Base for Exploring Tokyo
Pros:

Awesome hotel in a great location. Check-in experience late at night was easy, with friendly staff. The room size was fine, with a queen bed and enough space for baggage etc. The bathroom (while small) had a bathtub, Japanese-style toilet, and lovely amenities (very thoughtful face cleansing cream and serum). I particularly loved the washing machine, which allowed us to clean our clothes midway through our travels. Breakfast was perfect, and the barista made a great morning coffee. We really loved this hotel - and can highly recommend the sushi bar next door (Isana Sushi)

Cons:

There wasnt much we didn't like about the hotel; perhaps add parking to the room and allow for short notice bookings.
