The perfect place for long or short stays in Tokyo
Pros:

Very nice hotel with a boutique feeling, the hotel staff was exceptional - always friendly, flexible, forthcoming, helpful. The beds were very comfortable, - cosy duvet, pillows in different thicknesses. The room was equipped with everything needed, - coffee machine, extra sink, etc,. The breakfast buffet was a good selection. I stayed in the hotel for more than 2 weeks, No request or wish was declined by the staff. I simply loved it.

Really wonderful place.
Pros:

The location and rooms were ideal for what we needed. The staff are very professional and attentive.

Cons:

Locating the hotel on Google maps was a nightmare as Hotel S is not the location name on Google maps. Try ‘Hotel and Residence Roppongi’.

Pros:

今回の目的地のEXシアター六本木から近くて、立地が良かった！スタッフの感じが良かった！
お部屋内が広かったのとベットが柔らかくて、凄く良かった！

Cons:

部屋の電気が暗かった（ベット上の電気がなかった）のが残念だった。
シャワーの水圧がもう少し強いと嬉しかった。

いい体験ができました。
Pros:

朝食にあったヨーグルトのマロンクリームが美味しかった。
浴室が2階になっていて、洗い場も広く、浴槽も檜風呂かな大きかった。
和室も少しあり、和洋どちらも楽しめる。

Cons:

エレベーターから部屋に行く廊下が薄暗くて怖い。エレベーター自体も少し怖い。
部屋の鍵が１つしかロックできなく、ドアガードやチェーンがなかったので、ダブルロックがあると良かった。元々はドアチェーンがあったのか外されたような跡はあった。
ソファーがあったが、木製でできた長椅子に座布団と背もたれがあり、これが滑って危ない。しかも大きな糸くずまであった。
エアコンの運転を切ってみてもタイマーを確認しても、なぜか「ピピッ」と何度も自動的に運転してしまい、強い風がきたりして寝付けなかった。通りに面してるので、車の音や救急車が何回も通り、余計眠れなかった。
朝食の時間がもう少し早いと良かっ、た。
