Devo scrivere questa recensione mio malgrado, perché non è mia abitudine lasciare recensioni negative; anzi, credo sia la prima volta che mi capita di farlo. Tuttavia sento il dovere di raccontare la mia esperienza.
L'aspetto che mi ha deluso maggiormente è stata l'accoglienza. Per me il valore umano è molto importante e fin dal check-in, ho avuto la percezione di un'accoglienza piuttosto frettolosa e poco orientata all'ospite. Ci sono state consegnate le chiavi della camera e indicato dove si trovasse la piscina, ma non ci sono state fornite informazioni sulla struttura, sulle regole o sulle attività disponibili. I bagagli abbiamo dovuto prenderli autonomamente dall'auto e portarli in camera. Personalmente, per una struttura di questa categoria e per come viene presentata su Booking (e considerato che su Google risulta anche classificata diversamente come un 4 stelle invece è un 3 stelle), mi sarei aspettata un'attenzione maggiore.
Premesso che sono stata in questa struttura per circa 6 ore + una notte sono ripartita alle 6:30 e scoprirete perchè.
Alla luce di quanto ho scritto riguardo all’accoglienza, la sera abbiamo deciso di cenare nel ristorante della struttura pubblicizzato qui su Booking. Non c’era stato riferito al checkn-in che occorreva prenotare per poter cenare in struttura. L’abbiamo scoperto al momento della cena tra l’altro l’orario disponibile per la cena era dalle 19 alle 21 (quindi un orario scarno). Non c’è stato indicato nessuna alternativa vedendoci sbalorditi è stato proposto un piatto di gnocchi ai funghi, gentilmente non accettato da noi perchè il mio compagno non mangia funghi. Abbiamo dovuto cercare noi su Google delle alternative per dove andare a mangiare tra l’altro abbiamo cenato molto male in questo ristorante, veramente pessimo purtroppo.

La struttura all'estrerno e soprattutto nella zona piscina era un po' trascurata. É un peccato perché é bella e asterebbe poco per sistemarla

La struttura ha potenziale, ma è un po' lasciata andare negli arredi (soprattutto all' esterno troppi dettagli non curati, o addirittura rotti e non riparati)

A beautiful location, a pleasant hotel, and friendly staff. The room had a huge balcony with a stunning view. The beach is about 4 km away, which is only a 10-minute drive. The breakfasts were fresh and tasty, and there is also a large supermarket quite close to the hotel.
There was no kettle in the room, which was quite inconvenient. If you wanted a cup of tea, you had to go downstairs and pay extra for it.
Another issue was a strange noise in the mornings. It sounded as if a small lizard was running underneath the linoleum, and it often woke me up. At first, I thought some small creature had gotten into the room, but it was most likely a lizard that had found its way inside and was scratching the linoleum with its little feet.
