Pros:

It’s a great location & the staff are very helpful. It’s a good place to stay if you want convenience & a lively experience, but probably not if you’re looking for a restful time as it’s quite loud in the area. The room was basic but very clean.

Cons:

The hotel room cleaner always forgot to put shampoo and body wash in the bathroom, I had to constantly go to the reception. 😁

Fantástica. Si vuelvo, me alojaré allí.
Pros:

Desayuno copioso y excelente.
En pleno centro, pero la habitación era tranquila.
Me dieron una habitación con dos camas y balcón.

Cons:

El espacio para dejar la maleta tras el checking-out no tiene llave. Preferiría pagar algo a cambio de más seguridad.
El desayuno empieza a las 7,30. Podría empezar a las 7 para poder tomarlo cuando se ha contratado un tour.
La sala de desayuno es interior.

Il bagno (soprattutto la doccia) è da rivedere. In ogni caso, in relazione al fatto che è un due stelle, va bene.

Pros:

Petit hôtel sans prétention dans le centre d'Heraklion. Les hommes de l'accueil sont très gentils. Le petit déjeuner pour 5 euros est vraiment bien. Pour une nuit ou deux c'est très bien.

Cons:

Le fait de devoir faire vérifier que j'avais bien payé le petit-déjeuner la veille: c'était un peu lourd mais c'est pas grave... Les serrures sont hors d'âge m.

Normally good, not this time.
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Normally excellent.
Air conditioning.
Extra bedding and pillows.
Lift.
Very convenient as in Central Heraklion

Cons:

The booking stated that there was a balcony, there wasn't! Very disappointing.
The view was other rooms in a small square, so couldn't open the curtains as windows were on close proximity.
Horrible for the price.
