Η τοποθεσία ηταν πολύ καλή ηταν κέντρο και τα είχες ολα κοντά. Λίγη φασαρία απο τα μπαράκια και τις ταβέρνες αλλά ηταν οκ
Για μας η τουαλέτα ηταν πολύ πολύ μικρη
The receptionist who greeted me at the front desk was exceptionally.
The room was pretty much as expected from the listing.
Overall, I felt it offered a fair price for the area.
The air conditioning, however, was excellent.
The shower is extremely small, and the water tends to splash out, which can make the bathroom quite wet.
Toiletries were also quite limited, although there is a shop just a 3 minute walk away where I was able to get anything I needed.
A cigarette smoke smell kept traveling into my bedroom during the afternoon.
Location was perfect, in the center of Heraclion.
Staff at check in and check out was very nice. Rooms were nice.
Bathroom was a little tight but it was okay!
Hotel tres central, personnel accueillant et serviable. Équipement sommaire mais fonctionnel et propre.
L hotel étant central il est situé à proximité de bar et resto ouvert tres tres tard le soir et tres bruyant. Ce n est en aucun cas la faute de l hotel mais si sensible au bruit les bouchons d oreilles sont indispensables.

The rest room smells like old pipes at evening when you sleep, you need to close the door to be able to sleep.
If you leave your bags there for few hours after checkout, they said they are not responsible if it is stolen, and I have to keep eye on it, but I wanted to leave hotel for few hours, and make a tag on bags to secure them is easy and cost nothing, I did not understand why they did not want to help, then I had to take all my bags with me carrying all day.
All the staff was exceptional both the reception and cleaners, I like that in general the hotel even though it was packed it was still quiet
Very very small bathroom I am 181 cm not too thin but not overweight either I could bearly fit to take a bath and sit down and use the toilet and the bed could be a bit weider and taller

Schlüssel abgeben, das war anstrengend,wenn ich raus wollte,musste ich immer die Schlüssel abgeben.
Faptul că hotelul are patina unui loc de cazare din anii `80. Ar trebui modernizat interiorul: mobilier, zugrăveală, mochetă... adus la zi. Iar ușa de la cabina de duș nu se închidea complet, fapt care făcea ca apa să băltească pe podeaua a jumătate din baie.
