Categories

Cleanliness
8.3
Generally praised as clean in many reviews (rooms and common spaces), but several reports of missed housekeeping, sand on floors after beach visits, and one report of rain leak — mixed but overall positive.
Service
9
Consistently highlighted as a strength: courteous, friendly and helpful staff, front office praised, helpful disaster response and honest handling of a double booking.
Location
9.1
Very positively described: walking distance to beach Tumon, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, shuttle stop directly by hotel — a clear location advantage.
Room Quality
7.5
Rooms often described as spacious and comfortable, but there are issues: some old rooms, carpet complaints, a broken TV, noise through connecting rooms and occasional maintenance problems.
Amenities
8
Laundry facilities, stable WiFi and convenient shuttle noted as positives; however the pool closure and some limited elevator access complaints reduce the score slightly.
Value for Money
7.6
Mixed signals: several reviewers satisfied (clean room, good location, helpful staff), but mentions of old rooms, closed pool and occasional housekeeping lapses temper perceived value.
Food and Beverage
7
Multiple negative notes about buffet food and not receiving a breakfast package; limited praise for on-site dining — overall weak relative to other categories.
Overall Experience
9.1
Many guests explicitly say they loved it, would recommend, and appreciated the staff and location; despite some maintenance/cleaning issues the general impression is very positive.
