Pros:

Besonders freundlich war Erwin vom Frühstücksrestaurant, der mir einen sehr guten heißen Ingwertee gebracht hat, als er merkte, dass ich erkältet war. Insgesamt alles sehr sauber, sehr guter Service, nettes Personal.

Mooi hotel
Pros:

Heel mooi en chique hotel met een mooie gym en fijn zwembad op het dak. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en de kamers zijn erg goed.

Cons:

Prijs van eten en de laundry is een stuk duurder dan op andere plaatsen in Indonesië. De rekening voor de was, was een vervelende verassing bij uitchecken.

Pros:

L’accueil très chaleureux, le bar avec terrasse extérieur et les chambras très spacieuses et bien équipées.
Le petit déjeuner varié fait également de cet hôtel un excellent établissement.

Well maintained hotel
Pros:

Mr Ezra the housekeeping dept kept our room clean and neat daily. We were impressed with his work and outcome. Breakfast spread was wonderful and delicious!

Cons:

The renovation road works infront of the hotel has blocked access to minimart and Starbuck cafe.

Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was one of the best I've had in hotels in Sumatra, especially the Lontong Medan was nice.

Buen hotel en zona caótica
Pros:

Habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y cómodas, buenos servicios. Las masajistas..

Cons:

La ubicación. Si ya de por sí la ciudad es un absoluto caos, alrededor del hotel no hay nada de interés, ni centros comerciales. Por ese motivo para ir a cualquier lugar se necesita un transporte, porque caminar por esa ciudad es una pesadilla.

Great place to stay if you have to stay in Medan.
Pros:

Sheraton quality, nice Asian breakfast, friendly staff and big connecting rooms. Also lovely fitness and rooftop pool. Great stay in a further not so nice city.

MEMORABLE STAY
Pros:

Our Chin Gang of ten stayed here for a 3N/4D round of three golf games in Medan.
The hotel is close to a number of popular tourist stops.
The hotel staff speak good English and are very friendly and helpful.
Ms Anggi,a receptionist,went out of her way to provide information and help.
The food was good and value for money.

Pros:

I love that the staff was very friendly especially Erwin (or Edwin) at the restaurant. Should give him a big applause with his gesture to the guests. The room was clean and not smelly as well as the amenities. The bed is king size and the room is full carpet (one of my terms & conditions). The receptionist was well manners to upgrade my room to business class because of the leak on the window in the room I booked. Most importantly, the receptionist was really helpful even tho I arrived very late (past midnight) without advance confirmation. I will consider staying at this hotel again if I'm around the area. Plus, my husband and son like this hotel.

Cons:

The location is not near to hunt local good food by walking distance. The breakfast was fantastic. My son loves their waffles. However, staying for 5 nights, expect a more interesting variety of menu on the buffet site and a more variety of the traditional nyonya kuih.

Heerlijk hotel. Goede bedden, uiterst vriendelijk personeel zoals eigenlijk in heel Indonesië. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Mooi zwembad. Goede keuze voor een overnachting in Medan.

Pros:

Obiekt nowy. Bardzo ładny cichy zewnętrzny basen na 2p. Odpowiednia temperatura wody. Wygodny do pływania (prostokąt). Pyszne śniadanie. Znakomita obsługa zarówno w recepcji, w restauracji jak i na poziomie managementu.

Niewystarczająca „integracja” hotelu z hotelowym spa.
