Four Points by Sheraton Medan

I was leading a group of six people and all were very pleased to stay there. Breakfast catered well for group with 1vegan and 1 coeliac.

We had a very pleasant stay at this town hotel.
Its central location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist.
The hotel offered excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again.
Too bad we have to check out early due to our morning flight.

Really enjoyed my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Medan. I’ve stayed here before, so coming back this time felt familiar in a good way—and I decided to go with the Junior Suite for a bit more space and comfort. The room itself was really spacious, with a nice classic-meets-modern vibe that feels both cozy and elegant at the same time.

One thing I really appreciated was how complete everything felt in the room. The facilities were well thought out, and the amenities were quite varied and actually useful, not just the basics. It made the whole stay feel more comfortable and effortless.

Outside the room, the facilities didn’t disappoint either. The pool area is spacious and has a nice city view, which makes it a great spot to just relax for a bit. The fitness centre is also well-equipped and properly maintained, so it’s easy to keep up with your routine. I also spent some time at the lounge and restaurant, and the food quality was solid with a good variety of options.

Overall, it was a really pleasant and easy stay. Everything just worked well, and it gave me the kind of comfort I was looking for—definitely a place I’d come back to again.

This hotel represents exceptional value for money, with quality rooms and outstanding services. I stayed 3 nights in April 2026, and i have wonderful view on the 8 floor. This trip was combination of business and pleasure. The breakfast had a range of options, catering for western and Indonesian tastes. However, it would be nice if milk was refrigerated, as with other Marriott group properties in Bali. There is a supermarket across the street and very large hypermarket about 5 minute walk from the hotel. An excellent bakery is 2 minute walk from the hotel. This hotel is not near major shopping malls, but they can be easily reaching via a grab taxi for about $2 in 10 mins. The bed was super comfy and the armchair was great. However, the desk height was not really appropriate and not sufficient for business work. However, I completed most work in the armchair with pillows for the laptop.. Excellent range of TV channels including BBC and CNN. An ice bucket costs 50,000 IDR. ($US 3) I used the pool which was great on 2nd floor with city views. Unfortunately, the hotel is situated on extremely busy road and be careful when walking on the sidewalks (footpaths), it can be easy to fall. Still, I would highly recommended this hotel for the price paid and outstanding service and room quality for 4 star establishment.
