Pros:

Muy limpio, siempre hay alguien pendiente, muy amables

Cons:

Queda un poco lejos de la zona turística, a unos 30 minutos caminando, de resto bien

The room was clean, People on the reception were kind and helpfull, I appreciate air conditioning in the room, room Service was good

Cons:

I would appreciate som shower gel in the bathroom. The biggest negative was definitely smell from shower drain. It was all over the room and when you were sitting on the toilet you had to leave it as soon as possible because the drain was right in front of you. You definitely have to do something with it.

Très bien, rien à dire
Pros:

Personnel accueillant, à l'écoute, la chambre était propre bien rangée, salle de bain propre, très jolie vue, le linge de lit propre. Quartier très calme. Vraiment je recommande. Je n'ai pas eu à allumer la clim je ne sais pas si elle est fonctionnelle ou non.

localização, limpeza, atendimento e custo-benefício.
Pros:

Boa experiência em Roma. O hotel tem uma localização conveniente, próximo à estação de trem e com fácil acesso a diversos pontos turísticos. Como Roma é uma cidade extensa, alguns locais exigem deslocamentos maiores, mas isso não comprometeu nossa experiência.

O quarto estava limpo e atendeu bem às nossas necessidades. O atendimento foi cordial e eficiente durante toda a estadia. Não utilizamos o café da manhã, então não podemos avaliá-lo.

Considerando localização, conforto e serviço, o hotel apresentou um excelente custo-benefício. Voltaria a me hospedar nele em uma próxima visita a Roma.

Cons:

Tenho medo de elevadores mais antigos então subi com a bagagem de escada e o Hotel fica no 4 andar. Esta foi a única parte complicada.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel era muy buena, ya que en cualquier momento podías coger dos líneas diferentes de autobús para ir al centro, aunque también se podía llegar caminando en unos 15-20 minutos, un paseo muy agradable porque vas viendo cosas de la ciudad. Además, la recepción estaba abierta las 24 horas, lo que resultaba muy cómodo, y el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia.

Cons:

Las paredes del hotel son muy finas y se escucha absolutamente todo. Nos tocó una habitación cerca de la recepción y de la zona de desayunos, así que desde las 7 de la mañana ya había huéspedes hablando a voces y haciendo bastante ruido, algo bastante molesto cuando intentas descansar. En cuanto a la limpieza, en nuestro caso creemos que no estaba del todo bien, ya que soy alérgica y lo noté bastante durante la estancia. Es cierto que no pedimos limpieza en los tres días que estuvimos, pero tampoco hicimos un uso excesivo de la habitación como para acabar con los calcetines negros de la suciedad del suelo.

Sencillo pero cumple

Está ubicado en una zona tranquila y agradable.
Aunque es un hotel sin pretensiones, la habitación estaba limpia, el baño estaba reformado y la cama era cómoda.
