قربه من كل شي ومكان مدخل خاص وهدوء الفندق

Cons:

عدم تنوع بوفيه الافطار والتنوع عادي وعدم استجابه الفندق لوجود خرير بتوصيله الدش والقنوات اكثرها غير شغاله ومحدوده القنوات

The staff were excellent. The rooms were always clean and the variety and quality of breakfast was excellent. It is located in the heart of the city. Special thanks to Ms Cansu for her great support

Great location and service, but disappointing value for money due to dated facilities.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, with a beautiful view over the Bosphorus. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive throughout our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel feels quite dated, and some of the facilities need renovation. The magnifying mirror light was not working, and more importantly, the water was barely lukewarm. Although the staff responded very quickly when we reported it, the issue was not resolved.

Breakfast was decent but nothing special. For the price, we expected a much higher standard, especially as other hotels in the same price range are newer and better maintained.

Experiência maravilhosa!! Super recomendo!!
Pros:

Gostei de absolutamente tudo: o hotel é maravilhoso e luxuoso! As instalações, o café da manhã, o quarto, a cama, os produtos de banheiro do Atelier Rebul, a equipe do hotel (todos muito atenciosos!). Destaque especial para o banho turco (hammam): simplesmente maravilhoso!! Recomendo fortemente essa experiência!!
