Nice hotel with great views of Bosphorus.
Pros:

Breakfast, location, bar and salon and spa facilities. Staff very friendly and welcoming. View from balcony was described as partial Bosphorus view but in fact the view was fantastic.

Cons:

The only mirror in the room was the one in the bathroom. Hotel provided a make up mirror on request. Rooms a litle small but balcony made up for it. The hotel does not seem tooffer a turn down service as we would return at night and our beds were not made up nor new towels etc - a bit disappointing.

Chandelier, some people tried to compensate bad service of others

Cons:

Service, smoking during the night under the window, not possible to open the window, when coming to prebooked dinner, they said come after an hour, bad smell in the room, food wasn’t good, truffle fries was main disappointment, plain fries with little pieces of tasteless real truffle:)

Luxuriösester Aufenthalt, den wir je gehabt haben.
Pros:

Lage am Bosporus grandios. Frühstück hervorragend. Zimmer und Terrasse einfach toll. Schön ruhig. Jederzeit wieder, da einfach außergewöhnlich und luxuriös!

Cons:

Einzelne Personen beim Personal nicht ganz Luxus-Segment. Aber trotzdem sehr gut.
