When I booked the reservation for the night of March 13 I got a message that it was booked for the 9th and 10th.
When I saw the problem there was a message that said I
could not make changes. So I wasted money on booking.com.

The check in staff was amazing. I forget the man’s name at check in but he was great!
Not much
When we checked in, we was very rude. Did not want to look at my receipt that I already paid for the hotel in full Syd. It didn’t show in his system and he double charged me and then I had to fight to get a refund. The hotel was loud there was no supervision in the room above us. We couldn’t sleep we complained to Will and then a gentleman named Kirby. They did nothing for us. Kirby hung up on my sister when she was voicing her concerns was just a horrible day. Worst day I’ve ever had anywhere.
The location was very convenient for me.
I extended the stay for an additional night, but the message didn’t seem to get through to the cleaning staff. They removed towels without replacing them and removed the bath mat. It was fine, and would have been a better value if I had needed the kitchenette. Unfortunately I didn’t need those amenities, so the price was a little too high for what a short trip.

People in room above us were being noisy late in the night I called desk and staff said they would address it other rooms were also complaining about the noise
