Another nice spot in Pittsburgh.
This hotel is super clean. Carpets, including hallways looked fresh.
We thought no breakfast could beat the Staybridge in Cranberry but this was very close. It had oatmeal, waffles, hot foods and breads. There were fresh blueberries. The only thing Staybridge had was more fresh fruit.
We’ve stayed in Pittsburgh 3 times this month and this room had the most space, most storage and most comfortable bed.
Location is nice, quiet and next to a Texas Roadhouse. It’s not far from McKnight Road. Desk workers were nice.
If you have kids, choose a room with a tub. Our room had a shower.
My complaints are petty- I don’t like the barn door on the bathroom. It was heavy and the handle was broken. The shower floor was clean but slightly stained in spots. I tried to scrub it and the stains wouldn’t budge. My other complaint could have been user error. We were either roasting or freezing. The temperature in the room didn’t seem consistent. Maybe I could have fixed it by keeping the fan on the whole time.
I would stay here again!

Good location and nice facility.
We have stayed in room 201 twice now and both times we noticed a sewer gas smell in the bathroom. Possibly a bad wax seal under the toilet.
We loved how friendly the staff was - and the rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and clean.
Maybe just the musty smell in the hallways - probably from the carpet.
I've stayed here many times over the years and always had a good experience. Recently, I had a problem with a reservation I booked through a third party and Heidi patiently helped me fix it. The hotel has clean rooms, ample parking, and a good breakfast. The staff is conscientious and upbeat which creates a good vibe -- exactly what I want when I travel!
