I have to think about whether I will continue to return.
Pros:

This was my fourth time staying at this hotel. I love its location and its traditional vibe. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Love the onsen.

Cons:

The staff is unfriendly and does not speak ANY English nor willing to communicate with foreign guests. The room was quite dirty and I had to ask them to clean it again upon check in.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, close to the gardens and castle, and a 10-minute Uber from Kanazawa Station. The rooms were a really good size, and the hotel amenities were great. It was nice to have access to an onsen on the property. The hotel also has a laundry where you can do your own washing (coin-operated machine). I would stay there again.

Cons:

Everything was fine. We did find it a bit odd that we had to hand over our key each time we left the hotel, but that was not a big deal. We also were only given one pillow but were given another on request. No complaints from us!

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schönes Onsen Hotel mit wunderschönen Lobby. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonderes schön waren hier die Live Musik die jeder Abend im Lobby gespielt wurde.
Sehr praktisch, das Hotel bietet Schuttle Bus von Hotel zu Bahnhof, was wir genutzt hatten. Die Lage war super, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider nicht was wir erwartet haben, obwohl wir japanische Frühstück gerne überall gegessen haben.
