חדרים גדולים מאוד
האונסן קטן ולאהמתאים לכמות המתרחצים
יש מקרר עם ארטיק קרח וארטיק חלב חופשי
בערב יש נגנית פסנתר שמנעימה את האווירה

ארוחת בוקר שלא מתאימה לצמחוניים ואוכלי חביתות . מחסור גדול בירקות ..כמות קטנה של ביצים או חביתה
לחם שמים קצת וכשנגמר מוסיפים . הלחמניות מאוד קטנות והם גם חותכים אותם לשנים .
נותן הרגשה ממש לא נעימה
הכלים במזנון מתרוקנים במהירות ולוקח להם זמן למלא . הגענו לארוחת בוקר ולא היו ירקות בכלל ולא חביתות
אפילו מכונת השוקו חם מוציאה חצי כוס שוקו רגיל .
פירות כמעט ואין ומה שיש זה מעט .נגמר מהר ולא מביאים .
נראה שבית המלון חוסך במזון וזה מאוד לא נעים חהיות שם בארוחת בוקר
חבל שארוחת בוקר מקלקלת כל כך את האירוח .

Cons:

The bed mattress looked like it was 40 years and was the hardest most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. We tossed and turned all night. We stayed in a Ryokan the night before and even the thin mattress on the floor was more comfortable. The pillows were also lumpy and hard. The hotel needs to replace these or people will not be back
The elevators also need to be looked at as they shut quite aggressively and got my wife twice, they also hit another lady that we saw

スタッフがどなたも親切。小さな子ども連れへのちょっとした配慮や、忘れ物への対応もありがたいものでした。
朝ごはん最高です。前夜町中で食べられなかった地元料理がギュッと詰まっています。
大浴場に部屋と別のタオルがあり気配りを感じました。
そして、なにより部屋がとても素敵でした。

Absolutely beautiful hotel, large spacious rooms exquisitely decorated.
Staff were absolutely marvellous as we asked to forward our large suitcases to the next hotel. They ring the hotel they are going to. Problem was there was a stuff up with our hotel booking for the next hotel as it was our fault with the credit card company had put the wrong name, it was my maiden name. As the language barrier we a little difficult to explain. The wonderful staff sorted it all out for us.
Couldn't thank them enough. And their patience with us.

Pros:

Fastest and most efficient check-in ever - despite having booked 7 rooms for 17 people. The staff is really nice and efficient! In the double rooms, the beds were soooo big, it was really confortable and we could easily sleep with our two kids in the same bed.
Location of the hotel is great but there are not many restaurants in the surroundings.

Cons:

Breakfast was very japanese and not much for our kids (who do not eat fish/japanese food in the morning).
