Can't complain, great value for city centre
Pros:

City centre, great value hotel, comfy bed and clean rooms, free coffee machines. Friendly check in staff. Only downside was warm aircon in room, family staying in other rooms had no issues.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Great location, very friendly staff, Good lobby area with access to hot beverages etc. Love the Beatle style rooms too, nice touch .

Cons:

Quite busy on arrival and only one staff member checking people in, needed at least 2 members of staff on at busy times.
Shame light switch in bedroom wasn't multi functional, instead all lights came on at once.

The room was nice, a large bed and all clean with normal room facilities.

Cons:

Check took ages, i paid £12.00 for breakfast unaware it was continental, i didnt have breakfast and wish i hadnt paid.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent value and great location.
Pros:

Location was excellent to get about all the local attractions. Great choice of food at the continental breakfast which was included in the price, excellent value.

Cons:

The bathroom cubicles were awful. Toilet didn’t flush & awful smell. Had to change rooms early morning after 1st night’s stay

Fácil se llegar desde la estación. Habitación acogedora.
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta para visitar atracciones turísticas. Habitación súper acogedora, tiene lo necesario para pasar una noche agradable. Desayuno variado y rico.

Bem localizado e bem servido, mas quente.
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto da Matthew Street e de diversos pubs. Atendimento prático, fomos muito bem recebidos, o hotel disponibiliza uma máquina de café/chocolate quente e água fresquinha gratuitamente na recepção, foi maravilhoso! O banheiro era espaçoso o suficiente, e bem equipado.

Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto era fraco, o que não ajudou nesta onda de calor pela qual a Europa está passando.
