Fun, friendly, central chic hotel experience.
Pros:

Beatles theme. Friendly check in with pro-active support re parking (I would have parked in the wrong car park probably without the tips you gave me and thanks for explaining how the discount voucher worked on exit).

Cons:

Breakfast as someone with gluten and dairy intolerances. Would have loved some oat milk, more fresh fruit like bananas. Tea & Coffee machine - one was broken, the other malfunctioned so no cappuccino. The staff member didn’t have my room down for breakfast, so I didn’t get any first day (as I didn’t have my phone on me to prove I’d paid for it and had to get off to work so couldn’t hang around to argue.) Second day, I had to quibble to get a refund over the breakfast I didn’t have. Not sure why my room wasn’t shown on the list? I work for a small business so it might sound small to ask for a refund, but we try hard not to waste money.

Perfect location with everything you need in a comfortable room.
Pros:

The location is excellent, a short walk from city attractions with many cafes and restaurants and the Metro line just around the corner. The room was quiet, big enough for 2 to be comfortable. Decent coffee was available gratis 24 by 7 from the self serve machine in the breakfast area. Staff were always helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast foods could have been a bit more substantial for my tastes but not bad all the same. The capsule bathrooms are perfectly usable and spotlessly clean but squeak a bit when opening doors and shower screens. The 2 lifts are quite busy serving 8 floors and you wait a bit.
