Well located,clean rooms ,friendly staff
Room had no window you could open so it felt a bit claustrophobic,toilet is very close to wash basin so getting access to the toilet roll is quite tricky. We booked a Queen room, the bed was 2 singles pushed together, they tended to drift apart which became uncomfortable at times. The lighting is poor, as in its either all on or all off! There's no control to have lighting around bed and off in other parts of room. There is no drawers, which isn't ideal from a privacy point of view.

Continental breakfast was reasonable, but on expensive side for what there was. Coffee machine, 1 not working, other needed working on hence sat waiting around

It’s located 2 minutes from the Cavern Quarter. Loads of good pubs, restaurants and sight seeing things.

The location was very central, it is 5 minutes walk to Matthew’s street and around 15 minutes walk to the Dock. The staff was also very helpful!
