Pros:

O hotel é ótimo, está em ótima localização e os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos.

O única coisa boa que tem do hotel, é o fato de ser de frente para o mar. De resto, por ser categorizado como 4 estrelas no Booking,deveria atender a todos os critérios, e não atende.Decepcionante.

Quando você paga por um hotel 4 estrelas, o esperado é que o hotel tenha estrutura e atendimento 4 estrelas, por ser considerado 4 estrelas no booking. Decepcionante.Um hotel que tem 3 andares, com 2 lances de escada cada andar, deveria ter, pelo menos, 1 elevador disponível, e não tem. Tivemos que carregar nossas malas até o quarto. A infraestrutura do hotel não é boa. Os móveis são velhos, tomadas são das antigas, e os funcionários te tratam com certa "indiferença". Pra tudo você precisa assinar termos(para pegar toalha) me fizeram assinar todos as vezes que eu precisei. O hotel não te transmite confiança que o cliente deveria receber por se hospedar .

Uma estadia boa para passar uma noite, esperava mais.

A localização perfeita de frente ao mar.

Cons:

O hotel em si é bom, porém o quarto que foi nos concedida foi ruim, ele não tinha janela foi uma parte que aproveitaram nas pontas do hotel, precisa de uma reforma.

Excelente custo-benefício. Estacionamento coberto incluso. Café da manhã excelente, também incluso.

Toda a equipe é muito atenciosa, sem exceção. Os quartos são cheirosos, sem odor de mofo, e as unidades destinadas a pets são exclusivas para esse fim, o que evita, por exemplo, ficar em um quarto com cheiro de cachorro.

Quartos limpos e bem arrumados. Chuveiro a gás, com água quente e ótimo jato.

A praia em frente não é das minhas preferidas, mas a Praia de Pernambuco fica a cerca de 10 minutos de carro e eu adoro. A piscina na cobertura também é uma delícia, especialmente para ver o pôr do sol.

Com certeza pretendo voltar.
