Horrible
Cons:

Rooms dirty, t.v didn't work. Asked the receptionist a question & they looked at me as though I had two heads. The car park is not across the road from the hotel, they don't tell you the car park closes at midnight until 7 A M. Would not recommend it was a horrible experience. Not worth the money.

Never stay here!!!
Pros:

Worst hotel!!!

Cons:

It was the worst hotel ever been to. Th dirt that was in the room bedding was black with stains from previous person in room, mould on ceilings and mould growing around soap bottle in shower, old dirty used toilet tissue stuffed down the back of holder! Windows in the room had actually been nailed back together with cobwebs growing from one side to another and food under the bed old bread what my child picked up on the first day arrived. I would never ever recommend to any person how this hotel is open to public I will never know.

Pros:

We liked the location to the Winter Gardens as visited for the darts but also brought my disabled parents for a breakaway.

Cons:

The hotel is very tired it needs a complete revamp. The rooms are not clean or comfortable. You have to request room service if you want it which should be a standard daily. The staff were friendly but that's about all.
The room for my disabled parents was on the 2nd floor which was a struggle.
All in all not a great stay but we just had to make the most of it.

Disgusting but great location
Pros:

Absolutely nothing it is disgusting

Cons:

Everything. Dirty, run down, badly maintained, advertised Aircon rooms but the Aircon is switched off in the rooms only reception has it, apparently doesn't work in the rooms! The windows only open a crack, it was absolutely roasting in this heatwave, when we complained they gave us the tiniest little fan which was useless. We would not have booked if we had known there was no air con
We Had to move rooms as it stunk of sewage. The whole place needs totally renovating. Where not offered any help or support by staff. Couldn't have cared less.
