The location is great
There was a smell of bins all over the hotel that took your breathe away. Room wasn’t really clean the bare minimum had been done
The hotel is at a convenient location.
The bathroom is wall has mould, shower curtain has stains and there's dust on the floor. The windows hasn't been cleaned.
Location
Run down
Location is perfect for what we want to do when we visit Blackpool....very central
Lack of air conditioning when its hot outside
The location was the only good thing.
Very disappointing stay. The hotel is run down, poorly maintained, and not very clean. The breakfast was poor quality, and the soy milk tasted off.
The worst part was being locked out of our room at 3:20am after our key cards stopped working. Even after they were supposedly fixed, they still didn't work, and we were left waiting around 40 minutes to get back into our room, which was unacceptable.
Alex on reception was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. Overall, we would not stay here again or recommend it.
Location
We have a large number of rooms, all of the windows were screwed down, none of the TVs or remotes worked, sealant in the showers had huge gaps from base, also discoloured showers and screens, carpets are ripped and as you come in to hotel it smelt very damp and carpets are filthy
Fab location
Place needs a good clean.
Nothing
Everything down to the customer service
Nothing it was terrible
Disgusting property. Rooms don’t have openable windows and it smells of damp.
Location, View, comfort, communication.
Location is good, near the sea. But was noisy in the evenings.
Very run down. In desperate need of refurbishment. The entrance is disgusting. Smells fusty and is very dirty. A very bad first impression when you walk in. One of the lifts isn’t working. It was very hot whilst we were there but the air con wasn’t working. The first room we had, had a nasty smell and wasn’t particularly clean. The window opened up onto a very enclosed area, so we had no breeze at all, which with the air con not working would have been very uncomfortable, so I asked to move rooms. The second room was better, had 2 windows and less enclosed area outside the windows, so allowed more of a breeze to blow into the room. Although was very dated, but was clean.
Great location, clean comfortable and staff were nice.
Maybe replace the ceiling panels in the corridors that were broken . Didn’t affect anything but just looks rubbish.
Location
Aircon did not work and breakfast was poor.
