L'état général, les moquettes sales et rapées, les joints de salle de bain pas propres, le wifi qui ne marche pas dans la chambre, le lino au sol assez sale aussi.

Room only had 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap. Hadn't noticed checking in as I just wanted to sleep.
Also the 10am check-out is antiquated these days. You don't get out by around 10.20 they're knocking on the door. £10 for extra time but that is still only midday. If it's an inclement day you'll want to chill till at least lunchtime.

Hotel filthy, lift broken, carpets very dirty, bathroom not clean with mold, think dust covering the room, hygiene non excistant!!! Bed filthy, never been changed or cleaned, bed bugs, dead flies, blood and hair on sheets. Not fit to stay in, no staff to speak to, we had to leave and go home!! Very disappointed! Waste of money and ruined weekend. Should have checked reviews and read all the comments saying exactly the sane thing, but Booking.com dont seem bothered! I booked for November and tried to cancel but hotel refused, disgusting !! Never had anything like this before and strongly recommend Noone booking either thru you or the hotel the hotel has been reported due to health risk , hope something is done about it and I am also trying to get refunds for both nights booked! Why i cant for the November one is outrageous, given its 2 months off, plus the fact the room wasn't fit to stay in on this occasion and had to go home!!! To say we are unhappy and angry about it all is an understatement, nothing seems to be being done about it and the hotel is still being advertised. ! Please read the reviews as you clearly are not!!
