Hotel was great . Room was good plenty of room in the bed room great view value for money. Staffs was helpful overall hotel was great .

Some of the facilities are very out dated such as decoration, curtains etc
The staff and location. But it really needs a right good deep clean and painting. Beds are not very big either

The Hotel looked very dated and looks to be in much need of some renovation work especially inside the rooms.
Carpets are dirty and stained, bathrooms have poor repair/little work to repairs,
mattresses were very uncomfortable causing aches around the body, sleep was difficult because of this

Honestly I don't believe this is a 3 star hotel more like a 1 star at best, I'm sorry I wish our stay was more positive, the only positive thing about our stay was the staff, accommodating and actually changed our room it was so bad, the original room had only one curtain in it and someone had put tape on it to attempt to block day light out, dirty carpets, poorly cleaned rooms with dust and cobwebs on walls

Dirty, toilet didn’t work, mould in shower, lobbed smelt of urine, key code to get I. Didn’t work.
Ideal not far to go but nice not to have to make the bed.

The location was good for why I was there.
I paid £82 for a room that’s bed was broken, made the staff aware and was told they’ll make a note. No refund, no money back, no new room’ “we’ll make a note”. Windows wouldn’t close, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since it was opened. The heating was on when I got into the room and it smelt like fire. Would not recommend!
