I wish the added parking fee, which was very high was advertised, hate surprise fees!

understaffed (did not have the proper sheets for a pull-out and could not make it up while we were out due to lack of staff); two of the three shower gels ran out during our one night stay

Overall the stay was fine just not as restful as I would have liked due to the musical plumbing.

Nice location and good amenities

Cons:

The plumbing, every time you flushed the toilet you got what sounded like a child’s recorder recital for at least 3 minutes after every flush.

Great stay!
Pros:

The staff at this Hampton Inn were amazing. I have worked at a five star five diamond privately owned property and the staff at Hampton inn was beyond the staff at the five star venue.
Abby was very kind and helpful upon check in and the same with Lisa at check out, but there was one person that made this place stand out. Markita spoke to everyone. Kept the morning buffet stocked and tidy. She wwnt above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy.

Cons:

The pool depth is shallow. Also a room that can accommodate 4 people but only had 3 bath towels
