The atmosphere is truly peaceful, came here for my husband's birthday celebration, booked a cabana and 5 course meal. Everything was perfect, good food and good hospitability.
We stayed for more than a week and we were very happy with our overall experience.
The rooms were well kept and housekeeping was prompt in their response.
The dining experience was great, as the DYN restaurant had an amazing spread for breakfast and dinner. Special mention of the staff, they are excellent and makes the whole dinning experience memorable.
My son had a good time swimming in temperature controlled pool.
Hilton EGL Bangalore is one of the best examples which defines luxury blended with exceptional service.
Mostly perceived as a Business hotel catering guests from the EGL tech park and beyond, the hotel is very well suited for families and friends as well.
Pro Tip: They have a well maintained and elaborate kids soft play area and 2 dedicated baby pools, not a common sight in business hotels.
We have stayed here numerous times, both as solo travellers on business, as family of 3 with our infant, and more recently, along with our extended family and our son, now grown to become a toddler.
The location is extremely convenient to those working in EGL and nearby offices and also in general has close proximity to Indiranagar and Kormangala.
They provide complimentary golf cart services for you to reach nearby locations within the EGL campus.
The hotel rooms are luxurious, the breakfast spread is vast catering to all tastes, and the entire vibe is very soothing, with hygiene and cleanliness being top notch.
However, what makes this property truly outstanding is the service provided by each and every staff.
- Firstly, thanks to Mr. Menon, the GM, who catered to all our requests, especially related to kid's fooding to make our stay extremely convenient as we working and travelling to office as well.
- Shubham Shrivastava, Asst. Front Office Manager, accommodating all our requests at run time, with a smile.
- Special shoutout to Amarendra, Shekhar, Sagar, Kamlesh, Ashok from Housekeeping team to meet our custom requirements and beautiful room decor for our family's special occasion.
- Sagar, catering to our breakfast requests and Shubham from IRD, helping with our toddler's meals.
- As always, Srinivas, Gopal, and Selvi from the security and reception, making our visit ever so warm.
