Der Wirt war sehr disponibel und freundlich, aber damit ist auch schon das Positive gesagt.
Das Gebäude selbst ist in einem verwahrlosten und schmutzigen Zustand. So ist der Boden im Stiegenhaus stark abgenutzt und schmutzig, genauso der Boden im Zimmer, die Duschtasse ist notdürftig repariert, die Taste der Wasserspülung defekt, Rollos lassen sich nicht hochziehen, einige Lampen bzw. Steckdosen funktionieren nicht...

La posizione era perfetta sia per muoversi a piedi che in bicicletta, in pieno centro storico e nella zona viva di Chioggia.
Il personale molto gentile, disponibile e allegro. Siamo stati molto bene.
La camera semplice ma pulita e non mancava di nulla. Aria condizionata in perfetto funzionamento, avevamo anche un comodo terrazzino.
Colazione buona e genuina, con cornetti freschi, pane tostato, marmellate, frutta e anche salato su richiesta. Ottimi cappuccini e caffè.
Effettivamente la struttura andrebbe rinnovata e la moquette nelle scale un po' rovinata e sporca. Non ci sono ascensori (quindi non accessibile per persone con disabilità fisica).
Posizione centralissima e tranquilla, personale gentile e disponibile, camera spaziosa e pulita.
La scala per accedere alle camere è piuttosto ripida e ricoperta di moquette sporca, le pareti di questo vano avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata: un vero peccato perché basterebbe così poco per sistemare questa pecca.
