Pros:

Very good location, close to the beach and walking distance to the city center. Room was cleaned every day, staff was very nice and helpful. Free parking places around the hotel.

Cons:

The shower was very small, difficult to fit in via a small door. The breakfest was traditioanal Italian. Every day the same choice, we were very much missing the fresh vegetable.

La nostra esperienza purtroppo è stata molto deludente.
Partendo dalla colazione, l’abbiamo trovata poco varia e per niente ricca: la scelta era davvero limitata e non all’altezza delle aspettative. Tuttavia, ciò che ci ha colpite maggiormente è stato l’atteggiamento dello staff. In un contesto come questo ci si aspetterebbe accoglienza e cordialità, ma nella maggior parte dei casi abbiamo trovato personale scortese, spesso con espressioni infastidite e atteggiamenti poco professionali.
Al nostro rientro serale venivamo salutate esclusivamente dal ragazzo del bar, che ringraziamo per la gentilezza. Il direttore, invece, non salutava mai ed è risultato decisamente sgarbato durante tutto il soggiorno. Emblematico è stato il giorno della partenza: siamo scese per il check-out, abbiamo salutato con un “buongiorno” senza ricevere risposta, trovandoci davanti una persona visibilmente infastidita per essersi dovuta alzare. Nessun augurio di buon viaggio, nessuna domanda su come fosse andato il soggiorno, ma anzi un rimprovero per non aver effettuato il check-out la sera prima, cosa che – a detta sua – era indicata nella brochure. A questo punto ci chiediamo: sarebbe stato così difficile comunicarcelo anche a voce al nostro arrivo?
Sempre il direttore, il giorno dell’arrivo, non si è minimamente offerto di aiutarci con i bagagli, nonostante fossimo due donne con valigie pesanti da portare su tre rampe di scale, senza ascensore e con 40 gradi all’esterno. Ancora una volta, l’unico a dimostrarsi disponibile è stato il barista, al quale va il nostro sincero ringraziamento. Senza il suo aiuto, avremmo dovuto affrontare tutto da sole.
L’unico aspetto positivo della struttura è la posizione, davvero comoda. Per il resto, l’esperienza è stata ben al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto considerando quanto abbiamo speso. Nemmeno un sorriso o un minimo di gratitudine nei confronti di clienti educati.
Avendo lavorato in questo settore, conosco bene quali siano le basi del settore!

Toller Aufenthalt - Hotel, Personal, Lage etc.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und auch das Stadtzentrum ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das gesamte Personal an Rezeption, im Restaurant und an der Bar war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet (genügend Stauraum, Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, WLAN etc.). Auch das Frühstück hat uns gefallen – zwar eher eine kleinere Auswahl, aber alles Wichtige ist dabei. Besonders positiv: Es gab auch glutenfreie Alternativen. Wir können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Kein Lift, daher mit Koffern etwas anstrengend, aber absolut machbar. :) Die Duschkabine war etwas klein.

gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, Zimmer war ausreichend groß, Lage war top

Cons:

das Bad/Toilette war sehr eng,
Nähe zum Strand war top, dieser war aber leider so überfüllt, dass wir immer zu anderen Stränden mit dem Moped gefahren sind, somit war die gute Lage für uns nicht von Vorteil. Da hätten wir vielleicht wo anders ein günstigeres Quartier bekommen

Útulný hotel, úžasná poloha - pár minút od pláže La Cinta. Parkovanie za hotelom - našli sme si miesto s prenajatým autom každý deň. Milý a nápomocný personál. Klimatizácia na izbe. Upratovanie a čisté uteráky…

Cons:

Na raňajkách nebola vôbec žiadna zelenina. Každý deň vyzerali raňajky viacmenej rovnako. Čakali sme pestrejší výber.

Friendly staff, great location, good value
Pros:

Great Location, very close to the beach with a nice view of the sea. Bed was comfortable and room was cleaned every day by the staff. AC Unit worked great.

The walls were a little thin so we could constantly hear the kid crying in the room next to us
