Pros:

Quiet Peaceful Atmosphere & Location.
Pros:

The location is good, walking distance or easy Grab to the central George Town area and quiet too. Varied choice of dishes for breakfast which makes a change. Staff really pleasant and helpful. Third time I have stayed there. Peaceful atmosphere.

Clean but hot and noisy
Pros:

It was clean with a great location for KOMTAR and local walking areas in walking distance

Cons:

The room was so hot and stuffy. The air conditioning didn’t work well and at 2am every morning the bins were emptied on the street outside so I couldn’t sleep. I checked out early as so hard to rest

The room was amazing. Comfortable bed, spacious and clean bathroom, big windows with blackout curtains, Fan and AC,

The breakfast is not the best, instant coffee and food was okay. Other than that everything was good

Pros:

Swimming pool too dirty. Staffs at cafe - not friendly. Front staff - receptionist ( indian woman,chinese guy & malay woman,they were all very good)

El hotel tiene encanto porque es un hotel colonial, pero contrasta con los alrededores del hotel y la propia calle que parece una zona abandonada.

Cons:

La zona y que pidiesen 100 ringgits en efectivo como depósito. No permitían el pago con tarjeta.

Couldn't manage room upgrade with hotel stuff, had to go through booking as a mediator for some reason. Also I got 1 breakfast instead of two in a room for two.
