Clean, basic hotel, easy check in and dedicated parking
Breakfast was very minimal, A/C was not the best, mattress was very soft
Location ok, next to motorway. It was clean
Shocking experience. No staff available and reliant on technology that did not work well. Had huge trouble trying to enter property (no staff on site) and rung every phone line but no answer. Received a call back the following afternoon which was completely useless. Bed had a mattress that was very thin and worn. The curtains did not keep any light out. Really poor hotel and would never go back.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Unterkunft war praktisch nicht erreichbar. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche per E-Mail, Booking-Nachricht und Telefon haben wir nie eine Antwort erhalten. Telefonisch erreicht man nur eine KI, die teilweise falsche Informationen liefert (z. B. dass die Bar 24/7 geöffnet sei).
Auch die Parkplatzsituation war sehr ärgerlich: Wir bezahlten CHF 20, erhielten jedoch kein Ticket und mussten beim Ausfahren nochmals bezahlen. Zudem ist die Einfahrt nach 22 Uhr nicht mehr möglich.
Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption waren freundlich, konnten jedoch nur Englisch sprechen. Insgesamt hat die mangelnde Organisation und Erreichbarkeit unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Schwieriges Parksystem!
This hotel is clearly focussed on large amount of people from Asia. Very disappointing stay and certainly would not recommend or ever come back.
The problems started before arrival: although we had prepaid and were told our room would be ready at 1:30 p.m., we had to wait until 3:00 p.m. At check-in, our reservation could initially not be found.
The first room was unacceptable, with hair in the bed and a shower hose repaired with tape. We had to change rooms, which cost us valuable holiday time.
The beds advertised as "Queen Size" are only about 132 cm wide, making them uncomfortable for two adults and affecting sleep quality. So not really made for "normal" size Europeans.
Further issues included a loose toilet seat, an extremely hard sofa bed, limited reception availability, and communication difficulties due to the lack of German-speaking staff. Totally unacceptable.
The first night was ruined by excessive noise from a large group in a neighboring room, and throughout our stay the hotel seemed heavily focused on large international tour groups rather than individual leisure guests.
The only real highlight was the breakfast staff, who were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we would expect from a Radisson property, and we do not feel the price paid reflected the quality received.
Modern, very clean and comfortable hotel with everything you need for a one or multi-night stay. Quiet location about 40mins outside of Zurich with easy access by car or train.
Superb hotel. Very close to the train station. A dedicated underpass for pedestrian is just in front of the hotel. From the train station can go direct to Zurich or Zug. The station is not crowded and so peaceful.

The saving grace for this hotel was the sweet lady serving breakfast. The bedding/pillows were pretty comfy.
The staff who checked us in was quite rude/dismissive. Room was not ready at 3pm so we waited til near 3.30 before a room was ready.

-Der wirklich nette Empfang es würde sich bemüht um mich und mit mein Hochdeutsch in dem Hotel wird leider hauptsächlich nur Englisch gesprochen

- Das Zimmer würde jeden Tag sauber gemacht
- The breakfast was very good.
- The staffs were very friendly.
- I have stayed with my family (me wife and Kid). I have ordered an extra bed. The provide me bed which was not comfortable. It cause me back backspin. We three of us somehow slept on single bed.
- For the car parking, you have to pay extra or we have to find free public car parking, which was very difficult for me to find.
- There was no wash gel/soap/any small shampoo for the bath - which I find very pathetic.
- Not recommended for family.
