Pros:

Nada me gustó por qué al llegar me dijeron que no lo podia ocupar y me mandaron a otro hotel de su cadena en donde nada que ver con el que yo reserve y pague por adelantado estoy muy decepcionado y me siento timado

La alberca esta bien, y el personal de servicio si solamente

Al reservar eservar me dijeron que mi habitación estaría al pie de alberca, al llegar me dieron un segundo piso, al llegar a la suite tenia olor raro a mugre, luego la parrilla fallaba mucho no se podía cocinar llamamos a mantenimiento se resolvió a medias, pero siguió fallando, ademas no habia utensilios básicos de cocina solo un cazo y un sarten, pedí en recepción una vasija donde hacer una ensalada ceviche o aguachile y me dijeron que no era parte del inventario.... psss así mi experiencia.... les deseo suerte!

La alberca la tenían a la mitad de agua, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien, le falta mucho mantenimiento a las habitaciones y sobre todo no tenía internet en las habitaciones mala señal
