La alberca esta bien, y el personal de servicio si solamente

Al reservar eservar me dijeron que mi habitación estaría al pie de alberca, al llegar me dieron un segundo piso, al llegar a la suite tenia olor raro a mugre, luego la parrilla fallaba mucho no se podía cocinar llamamos a mantenimiento se resolvió a medias, pero siguió fallando, ademas no habia utensilios básicos de cocina solo un cazo y un sarten, pedí en recepción una vasija donde hacer una ensalada ceviche o aguachile y me dijeron que no era parte del inventario.... psss así mi experiencia.... les deseo suerte!

De regular a mala le falta mucho mantenimiento y precios accesibles en el área ade alberca en bebida

La alberca la tenían a la mitad de agua, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien, le falta mucho mantenimiento a las habitaciones y sobre todo no tenía internet en las habitaciones mala señal

Es muy tranquilo, muy adecuado si se busca descansar. Muy buen trato desde la llegada.

Cons:

Hay pocas sombrillas en la alberca y algunos las acaparan. También las sillas y camastros son de plástico de baja calidad lo que genera riesgo de caída.

Pros:

The location was far from everything, did like the quietness 🤫 almost had the pool all to our self loved where my room was located right next to the pool. If and when I do go back I'll check back in.

Cons:

We check in only because they had a restaurant but they were closed 😕 I have 3 little ones and had to order out next time we go I'll make sure that there place is open
