Guest Reviews
Great breakfast. Room clean and comfortable, appreciated the clean towel service. Convenient location (we were visiting family). The lighting in the bathroom was very good, the mirror never steamed up. However, the lighting also revealed minor facial issues that now have me concerned about how I've looked ...
The facility (not the room) had a sort of mildewy odor. Not off-putting, and we understand the climate (we are from Houston).
Nothing
I madee the reservation on Friday for the weekend, two hours after my reservation, I got an additional email stating that my reservation could not be confirmed, and I would be refunded. I was charged twice for the trip and refunded once. I need to be refunded for the other charge!
It was quiet and comfortable. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Pool was cool and inviting.
Quiet and clean!!! Service Excellent!

Great location
WiFi problems
The location was the best thing. The bed was comfortable, the air condtioning was GREAT !!
The room was terribly dark and the desk chair was uncomfortable. There was no lighting in the area of the sleeper sofa and side tables. I reserved a king suite with bathtub and did not receive it. The breakfast area was lacking. The pancake maker was out of service, the juice machine was out of service.
Easy to get too
Had a family above us that was very loud. Kept us up at night. Sounds like kids jumping all around. Even after telling desk the only time there was no noise was when they left to eat at night.
Check in was easy and the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and our room smelled so fresh. The beds were comfortable and the included breakfast was amazing! I really appreciated the quality toiletries provided that included body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion! We will definitely stay here again when we visit this area!
Nothing was disappointing. We enjoyed our stay!
